    Jae POV

I was about thirty eight weeks along and ready to get this baby out of me. We had found out it was a boy around my twenty week mark and we were excited, but being this big felt exhausting. Sam and I were ready for a baby, I'd had a baby shower a few weeks before with the girls at Donna's place and gotten a lot of clothes, diapers, toys, and other "baby equipment" as Dean liked to call it.

Donna even got us one of those little "baby on board" stickers for your car and when Dean saw it he refused to put it on the Impala. I knew he would so I made it into a magnet instead of a sticker so it was temporary and he could still keep his dignity and pride intact when we weren't with him.

Sam and I had a few names picked out but we were waiting to meet him before we decided.

Between baby shopping, a baby shower, being pregnant, and craving ice cream and ramen noodles every other day, we were hunting down Michael at the same time.

We knew where he was already but we had spent weeks communicating with Ketch about the British men of letters weapon that could force an angel out of its vessel, trying to find the spear Kaia from the bad place had, and placing Garth as a double agent on the inside of Michael's plans. We were stretched thin and stressed beyond belief but things were coming together.

When Sam and Dean were out with Cas and Jack I was craving some chips and salsa and realized we were out of chips, I didn't want to ask another hunter to go get them for me since I was feeling like getting out of the Bunker for a little bit anyway, so I took one of the smaller cars in the bunker to the grocery store in town.

I pulled up to the grocery store and climbed out of the car, one hand on my ready to burst pregnant belly and the other on the handle on the ceiling of the car to help me out.

I let out a long sigh and closed the door to the car, locking it with the keys in my jacket pocket as I walked to the door.

Inside I found a bag of chips and got some things we needed for the bunker and walked to the counter.

A girl with dark hair, probably still in high school, and a boy with a beanie on who looked about her age stood behind the counter.

The girl rung me up as the boy stared at me.

I'd seen the two of them around along with a blonde girl but she wasn't here now.

The three of them usually watched me, Sam, or Dean, whenever we went into town to get something or go to eat. They knew Sam and Dean as the Campbell brothers.

"You're married to the tall Campbell brother with the long hair right?" The boy asked.

I nodded, "Yeah." I said, smiling at him.

He nodded, narrowing his eyes at me. I didn't pay any attention to that, he was a kid and kids could be suspicious of things, and we were no doubt the ones to be suspicious of the most.

I paid for the things I needed and took them out to the car. There was a bag from a restaurant filled with garbage in the passengers seat from another hunter who left it there. I picked it up when I drove to a nearby alley on the way back to the bunker with a dumpster in it.

I got out again and threw the bag away just as I saw someone walk up past my car. I looked up to see Sam.

"Baby, hey, I was worried, I got back and you weren't there." He said, walking to me and putting out a hand as he touched my arm gently.

"I just needed to get out for a while and got some things we needed. I didn't know you were getting back so soon, you just left yesterday." I said.
