Name: Shooting Star
Description: Allows the user to grant the wishes of others in the form of shooting stars. There are limits to what wishes they can grant.
Weaknesses: Only those who have pure wishes can wish upon a shooting star. The user can only grant wishes during the night, most commonly around 3 AM. When the stars burst, they shoot out tiny sparks if you're not careful.
Position: Civilian
Sample Character: A quiet girl who loves making people, mainly children, happy by granting their wishes. She roams around at night, granting the wishes of those by the window. She's said to only be a legend, but once every generation, a baby girl will be born with the quirk. It's her job to protect the dreams of innocents. One day, the girl runs into UA students while they are out on a nightly patrol. Seeing pure souls within the group, she offers them each a wish.
