|Neirin's POV|

"You know I missed you but how did you get in?" I shrugged my shoulders and my fingers gently brushed her back.

"I guess I just climbed through the window" her eyes went wide in shock before she grabbed my hand and ran to her bedroom and closed the door. I walked around the large room she was staying in and admired the walls. I noticed her small books and objects randomly lying around her room and picked them up examining them.

"Nice place you got here" I turned and smiled at her. Her face was unreadable and stressed.

"No one can know your here Neirin" I tilted my head to the side in confusion and walked towards her.

"How come?" She turned away in my arms and I slowly grabbed pieces of her white hair and began to twist them around my fingers before I began to put the hairs neatly into a braid to match her others.

"Because I can't marry you" my hands stopped moving and a dropped them to my side before grabbing her shoulder and turning her around.

"And why the hell not?!?"

"Because my father, koviet had arranged a marriage for me, to my old childhood friend"

"Damn" I moved away and ran my hands through my hair in frustration. Dammit, why does she always keep details like this to herself?

"Neirin I want to marry you and I just came from the study with Anylth, she didn't follow through with her arranged marriage, she also didn't say I couldn't marry you. We can get through this, together" one of her small hands grabbed my hand and the other grabbed the side of my face, I looked down at her in sadness.

"We can do it together Neirin" my face titled into a small weak smile. I'm hurting Guinevere, and it's your fault. How can, we be together if everyone is against us. I need to do what's best for my kingdom. Before I could stop myself I said something I shouldn't have.

"Man Guinevere I'm just unsure now" she let go of me and took a step back, I suddenly felt the cold air in the room pass between us.

"What's to be unsure about?" I turned away clenching my teeth together, god I wish you could just see what your sowing to me. I took a deep breath and walked towards the door and turned the handle till it opened before I took one glance back at her. Her figure stood unmoved and straight, her hands clasped each other as tears fell down her face. Damn Guinevere, damn I love you so much, but this is the best for both our kingdoms. Again I said something to push her away.

"I'm unsure about us Guinevere" my own eyes began to tear up, just watching her shift uneasy on her own feet.

"But I love you, and you love me" I closed my eyes, I sure do Guinevere. This is why I must leave.

"I do, but two families who don't like each other? That has never ended well" she walked forward and stuck her hand out towards me.

"Please don't go" I shook my head and closed the door. I walked down the halls carefully to continue to be undetected when I heard a scream. I bit my lip and continued closing my eyes to hold back the tears.

"I love you, Guinevere"

I ran through the long hallways of the castle. Brushing through the doors people turned and look at me as I yelled at her name.

"Guinevere!" Her head turned over and her eyes faded into darkness.

"Neirin?" Was all she said before I ran forward pulling her into an embrace

"I'm sorry"

"Neirin I'm kind of in the middle of something" she mumbled, I carefully let her go and turned to look at everyone in the room. My heart dropped as I came to the realization.
