MEETING FAMILY
Chris opened the door and looked up at Tyga coming down and some girl following him. I stood next to Chris and he looked down at me and smirked wrapping his arm around my waist.
"Wassup dawg.." Tyga said and dapped Chris up and he gave me a friend hug.
"Hey Leyla." Tyga said.
"Hey Tyga." I said and the girl looked at me and wrapped her arms around Tyga.
"Y'all this my soon to be wife Joye." Tyga said and pulled her next to him.
"Hey." She said and looked at me.
"Hello.." I said and trailed off.
"Wassup Joye. Nice to meet ya." Chris said and he walked towards the couch and sat down.
Tyga came and sat with him and and Joye looked at me and looked away going to sit with Tyga and I looked at her sitting down by Chris.
"Joye.." I said trailing off again.
She looked at me and played with her nails.
"Yes?" She asked.
"Do you have a problem with me or something?" I asked her.
"Um... No actually you kinda looked familiar..." She said and looked at me.
"Oh.." I said and sat back.
"I got it." She said and smiled.
"I know you mom and your aunt... Your aunt is my mom Leyla." She said and I looked at her.
"Hold up what?" I asked her and she smiled.
Chris looked at me and looked at Tyga.
"We cousins Leyla." She said and I folded my arms looking directly in her eyes.
"How the hell is that even possible if I haven't even met my aunt the last time I seen her well... We talked but after my mom left she stopped coming around so I was left alone." I said and Chris put his hand on my thigh.
"I'm here now." Chris said and I smiled.
"My mom got married and left me home with my sibilings.. She would've brought you there to live with us. But your brother told her no and he put you in his room to hide... I remember that day going to see you as kids you wouldn't leave his sight he had you running around like a pet til you got older you did stuff on your own than I stopped coming cause he..." She said and Tyga looked at her and nodded.
"He molested me... He tried to get his friend to rape me... Than one day he kidnapped me and put me in this cabin a locked room. I couldn't breathe in there it smelt like dead people and just dirty sheets and left over food.. I only escaped cause I told him I'll leave you alone.... And I told him everything... I was there when Chris pulled you out Ms. Harrison class and when you went to the party and got kidnapped... I called Tyga at the time we were just friends close friends my family." She said and I had so many thoughts running through my head.
"Y..you sat there and let him take me.... Y... Claim I'm your family and you let your family suffer. Putting my friends and people I care about in jeopardy because you wanted to escape from what? Your family?... You're not my family. You let him drug me and drag me in his car than you called Tyga and told him what? Call 911 no... You called him to lay up with him while I was past out for almost 2 days without food nor water and almost got raped by yeah that same friend of his... I wouldn't have let that happen to you but you know what." I stumbled over my words as tears build up and I looked at her.
"You had siblings I would have cherished people to take care of and always loved them. I had nothing but a orphan brother that broke me I didn't have anyone but him. No mother in my life she left when I was 5 and my dad he wasn't around I can't even REMEMBER how he look. But for you to sit here and say you're family to me.. You're pathetic and a waste of time. I don't have family I have people that's here to protect me and love me til the day I go 6 feet under. And you... You're dead to me." I said and walked outside the door and slammed it behind me.
"I- i.... I wanted her to forgive me not avoid me... I didn't know what to do... I.." Joye cried and Tyga hugged her and Chris got up and came outside to me.
I covered my face as I cried in silence. I don't have a family... My mom don't want nothing to do with me and my dad he just dead to me ever since I was born... My eyes begin to get puffy as tears continues to pour out. I sniffed and felt arms wrap around me.
"Just listen to me, you can't blame them for their guilt. She wanted to fix her mistake baby you both been through some stuff and Tyga only did what I did for you.. You should be happy she can actually remember who you were for so long... Even though she played along with Brent she did it to save herself she couldn't have predicted you would have to go through the same shit she did. Just let it go and feel free I'm here as your family and provider baby I'm not gonna go anywhere you can't even trust people because of him but I'm glad you trust me. I love you okay me and Lina love you okay." Chris said and I nodded.
"She still not my family til I see her as family." I said and he smacked his teeth.
"So mean." He said and kissed my neck.
"She the only person that seen him drag me into a damn car..." I said and he turned me around making eye contact with me.
"She couldn't save you that time she had to get help okay. She is weak compared to those men but yet you escaped with no doubt. Leyla don't blame her for getting you kidnapped she probably had no choice but to tell if it's a life or death situation. At the end now look you're happy and live with a man that will protect you and guide you. I love you okay." Chris said and I nodded.
He leaned down and pecked my lips and pulled me into a hug. He was taking in my scent by how long he was hugging me but I didn't mind. I slowly pulled away and Tyga comes to the door.
"Man listen Leyla she did it to save her life after she called me I called Trey cause Mr. Chris was already on his way to come get you. I told Trey and August that you were kidnapped it was her that actually saved you even though she put you in harms way. Could you forgive her for our sake?" Tyga asked me and I looked at Chris and he nodded.
"Yeah..." I said and Joye came out and smiled.
"I'm so sorry Leyla but you know you are stronger than me I couldn't even hold back from keeping that a secret." Joye said and I smiled and pulled her into a hug.
"I've been kept from secrets for to long. It's time to break that now." I said and she nodded hugging me back.
"Honestly, you look to young to be sleeping with a 20 something year old man." I said and she laughed.
"I just turned 20 not to long ago Tyga is only 23 it's fine." She said and I laughed.
"Ohhh you're older than me but so small.. Surprised." I said and she laughed.
