POWERS
Being a wendigo AND and alpha, Cato is stronger than most humans. He is more agile than strong though, and is more skilled at being sneaky and stealthy than at taking things down with brute force. He's very clever, and that makes his agility very dangerous.

APPEARANCE
Cato is a tall and lanky individual, standing at 6' tall. Often times he feels small for his gender, being built not quite as stocky as most other alphas. His hair is naturally red and pretty calm, and his eyes are a brilliant blue to match. He looks very unhealthy though, pale and thin, with dark circles under his eyes.

In wendigo form, Cato feels quite ugly. He's very big, and his antlers are large and sharp. He's a very spindly creature, something out of nightmares.

DAILY CLOTHING
Depends on the day. He's often wearing sweatpants and a t shirt or tank top, as he doesn't often get cold. When he does he wears a windbreaker or a leather jacket. In terms of shoes, usually he can be seen wearing some sort of skate shoe, but they're probably offbrand ones. When he's at work, he's in his work uniforms, depending on which job he's at.

SCARS
Cato has some scars: One on his hand, on his left palm, one on his back/shoulders, and one on his calf.

TATTOOS
He only has a couple tattoos- a sparrow on his right shoulder, and a stag made of stars on his hips.

PIERCINGS
Cato has a gold lip ring.

PERSONALITY
In general, Cato is a laid back guy. He has a big problem with wanting to please others, and sometimes his personality gets lost in this pursuit. He hasn't found the right person to properly accept his quirky personality just yet, and it kind of shows in how he acts. He doesn't talk much about himself, but he'll talk for hours about random stuff if someone wants to. It isn't that he's chatty, he's just lonely, as he self-isolates a lot of the time to keep others safe from him. Before he became a wendigo, he was actually a pretty compassionate guy, so when he feels like people need some help or cheering up, he will stick with them.

A realist, Cato can be quite wise sometimes, and gives advice or his opinion freely, even when it wasn't asked for. He's not one to give up, especially when he feels like someone really needs support. He didn't have support in life, and he doesn't want others to go without it. He really wishes he had someone to commiserate with about becoming a beast, but he hasn't found anyone yet. He might cling when he finds one, out of need for someone to understand. He doesn't trust others, and doesn't like opening up, but he grudgingly will if he thinks it will help someone else trust him.

Authority really doesn't mean much to Cato. He doesn't listen too well to others, tending to do what he wants to do whenever he wants to. It is near impossible to scare or intimidate him after what he's become, and he keeps an open mind about what is possible. He's not likely to disbelieve people when they say something crazy, but he does fact check of course. He's really really patient, despite his usual lack of sleep and his emotions concerning his condition. As an alpha, Cato does tend to be very authoritarian about some things, and likes to have control. He's not a control freak, he just has a dominant personality. He will fight for dominance if he has to.

Eating people has taken it's toll on his mindset, leaving Cato a bit depressed and fully expecting to go to hell, or some like place when he dies. He doesn't see himself as a good person, and doesn't really try to be or pass himself off as one. He just tries to be genuine and honest when he can, although he doesn't trust himself. Otherwise, he's just surviving, and trying his best to have a positive outlook on things to keep going. Really the only reason he'd continuing is for his son.

As an alpha, Cato is naturally confident in himself, and despite his emotional problems over what he is, he has no issue flirting with someone he thinks is attractive, or being forward when he likes someone. It isn't often someone catches his eye, but when they do, his eye isn't likely to move off of them for a bit at least. He can be quite persistent, and very patient. The predator in him helps with this, lying in wait and weakening his prey until they give in.

He's not really fussed. Nothing is off the table for him, except for a few things. The struggle for dominance gets his blood boiling, especially if he wins (which he usually does). He also very much likes pleasing his partner. His hip bones are very sensitive, and if rubbed the right way, will get him into quite a mood.

RUT CYCLES
Very much unpredictable- although it's usually once a month, the scent of a particularly delicious omega can sometimes trigger them.

One child, a tiny son called Milo, who is only barely two years old. He's a cute little thing with his dad's hair, but he seems to be a sad baby, not that Cato knows.

PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIPS
In an attempt to be a normal person, Cato had a beta girlfriend. Their relationship was rough though, as the girl didn't feel Cato was treating her right (and he wasn't, but it wasn't intentional). She wanted him to commit and settle with her, but he didn't want to. Through an attempt to please her, they had sex and she miraculously became pregnant. She kept the baby, but Cato felt he was too dangerous to be hanging around a baby, and too unhappy with the girl, thus he broke up with her and left her. He sees his son once a month, limiting contact with her entirely.

IMMEDIATE FAMILY
Cato doesn't talk about his immediate family.

OTHER
•Cato works two jobs- during the day, he works at a family owned cafe- he is friends of the family that owns it and got the job that way. His other job is a bartender at a nice bar at night. He works both part time, and manages to get by this way alright off tips.

•Cato owns a snake, an orange corn snake called Bee.
