I sat in the corner as usual, while my friends lost their virginity to their dates at this stupid party. My best friend Christina came over and handed me a fruit smoothie.

"I know how you don't drink, so Corbyn went to the fruit shop." Said Christina.

I smiled looking up.

"Thanks. Um... Where's Hannah." I asked.

"I think I saw her outside calling someone on the phone." said Christina

Probably her badass sister Amy.

"Hey Y/n." said a voice I turned my hair and there stood the hottest guy ever. Dylan Chase.

"Hey Dylan." I mumbled smiling.

"I wanted to know if you'd like to join me outside for some fresh air." he said. He looked at me and I nodded.

"Yeah, I'd... I'd love to."

I followed Dylan and Corbyn pulled my hand.

"Where you going?" he asked.

"I am going with Dylan- He asked me to join him." I said he looked annoyed.

"I don't think that's a good idea-"

"Why do you care? You're too busy with your girlfriend. Go ahead. I bet she's looking for you." I said taking my pink hair putting it behind my back as dylan smiled and took my hand.

He climbed a ladder and was climbing the roof. He stopped and turned to look down at me.

"You coming?" He asked.

"Yeah sorry." I started to climb the ladder and Climbed the roof where he sat looking at the neighborhood.

He looked at my smoothie shake and I shook my head.

"I don't drink-"

"It's ok. I know. I don't drink my parents never let me." Dylan said the moonlight shining off his eyes.

"Cool. So..How long you've been at ShiverCreek High?" I asked.

"Before you came that's for sure." He said looking straight. "You?"

"Last year." I said." I couldn't help but leave cuz of my previous school. Everyone made fun of my taste in style."

"I don't. It's kinda hot." He laughed. I laughed with him and he looked back at me.

"So are you and Corbyn like -"

"I - W- You- No ." I said. He laughed at me looking at his hands.

"Y/N!" shouted Corbyn. I rolled my eyes and looked at Dylan who was now upset.

"I gotta go-"

"No problem - I'll see you tomorrow at school." said Dylan. I looked back smiling as I lowered the ladder.
