We reached the airport. After the check in, Vineet left me in the waiting lounge, and he went to purchase some eatables. There was time in our flight to take off. I called my mother in law, Naina, to inform her that we had reached the airport and were safe. I was talking when there was a sudden touch on my shoulder. I jumped at my place, and turned to have a look at the person.
I was surprised, as it was Vineet, but this time it was something different about him. He got my favorite icecream.

"You remembered it Vinu?" I asked chuckling, taking his nickname, which only I could use.

"Mujhe laga tum 5 saal mein itna badal gaye, toh shayad meri pasand bhi bhool gaye hoge. " I said while looking at him.
He smiled… "Aisa nahi hai. I got something else for you." he said.
I looked at him questioningly and he forwarded two big chocolate bars towards her. I smiled happily, indeed, chocolates made me happy. And he was by my side, what more could I ask for? Yeah, he hadn't said that he loved me, but yet we share a friendship, and that is another form of love. I knew if I know his problem, then my love will heal him. He surely knows that I love him, and therefore, he asked for some space.
