Chapter 5

Carlos was awoken by a loud banging noise as she sat up to see Arrieta and Jay playing the drums and Mal and Evie dancing. Carlos groaned and then yawned and got out of bed approaching them and pushing Arrieta over but she stood up and pushed him back

"Whoa she can sleep through anything" replied Mal "plan b Jay"

Jay jumped on Brogan waking her up as Brogan shoved Jay out of the bed and snuggled into the blanket but Jay never gave up he went over to her and began to tickle her feet until Brogan sat up screaming her head of. Brogan slapped Jay and shoved him back off the bed, she got up and left to get change. Brogan came back and joined the others

"What's going on?" asked Brogan

"We got the twins birthday today" replied Mal

"Oh happy birthday" answered Brogan

"Thanks" the twins replied

"We need you and Jay to bring Carlos to the special place and me and Evie will bring Arrieta to the special place tonight" explained Mal

"Okay" answered Brogan

"Good" said Mal

Brogan got up and left with Carlos and Jay leaving the girls to talk about girly stuff. They walked to the centre when Lindsey arrived with a dog

"Oh hello Brogan" replied Lindsey "Polly get him"

Polly began to chase a screaming Carlos away. Jay and Brogan shared a look and began to chase after Polly who is chasing after Carlos, they follow them into the woods to see Carlos hiding in a cave as they followed Carlos into the cave but the cave roof gave way and they were trapped

"Okay mum they are trapped he is all yours" replied Lindsey

"That little devil" yelled Brogan

"We can't be trapped we got to get out" shouted Carlos

"We got to get Carlos to his birthday party" answered Jay "how are we going to do that if we are stuck in a cave that caved in"

"Bad thing is we don't have any service" replied Brogan

"God damn" yelled Jay

Ten hours passed and it was time for Carlos's party but they were still trapped in a cave. Carlos looked down at the ground

"Hey Carlos it's not your fault" replied Brogan "you are scared of dogs it's Lindsey's but who the hell was she speaking to?"

"Her mum Cinderella's stepmother" answered Jay

"Who is dating my dad" replied Brogan "she wants me out of the picture I am so sorry that I got you guys into this mess"

"Hey you are our friend" replied Jay "we look out for each other"

"How are we going to get out we are already late for Carlos's party" replied Brogan

"We can just throw a party here" replied Carlos "what's your favourite song?"

"Monster" replied Brogan "by Skillet"

"The secret side of me, I never let you see

I keep it caged but I can't control it

So stay away from me, the beast is ugly

I feel the rage and I just can't hold it

It's scratching on the walls, in the closet, in the halls

It comes awake and I can't control it

Hiding under the bed, in my body, in my head

Why won't somebody come and save me from this, make it end?" sang Brogan

"My secret side I keep hid under lock and key

I keep it caged but I can't control it

Why won't somebody come and save me from this, make it end?

"Hey there's a gap I might be able to fit through it" replied Brogan

"No it won't work" replied Jay "use your ice powers to freeze the rocks then I can break it"

Brogan nods and used her ice powers to freeze the rocks as Jay broke them. They ran all the way to the party place only to see it empty so they ran home to see everyone sitting their, Mal stood up when they entered

"I gave you two simple tasks and you couldn't follow" shouted Mal

"Hang on Lindsey set her dog after me and it chased me into a cave, they followed and the cave caved in and we were trapped" explained Carlos "we are fine now, don't worry we threw our own party it was good and I didn't know Jay could sing"

"Carlos shut up" shouted Jay

They went bed.
