Ingredients:
○1 very ripe banana, mashed.
○2 eggs.
○1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
○Optional, but highly recommended: 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Instructions:
1. Mash banana in medium bowl.
2. In separate bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs.
3. Add eggs to banana and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Whisk in salt and cinnamon.
4. Preheat griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Spray griddle with cooking spray and use a tablespoon to drop batter on the griddle. Let set for a few minutes, then flip with spatula. Cook for an additional minute or two on remaining side and remove to plate.
5. Enjoy!

I haven't tried the recipe myself but 4 stars for gluten Free Pancakes with only 3 ingredients sounds pretty promising to me. Comment if you've tried this recipe and how it went!♡♡♡
