This is my own theory. I did not refer to this from some where like the other content in this collection.
Maybe most of the wizarding world did not believe in the Deathly Hallows and thought it was just a story by Beedle the Bard because the Invisibility Cloak was the outermost layer of the Hallows and made the other Hallows invisible.
They didn't see it because it was invisible (in a metaphorical sense not actually invisible)
This theory probably won't make sense to a lot of people but it just popped into my mind while drawing the Deathly Hallows symbol, so I thought why not share it with others?!
