Chapter 8: Love and first date

no one's perspective:

Maria heard a knock at the door, she saw it was 4:58pm. She went to answer the door and opened it to sense/see hades standing there hold a single black rose in his hand. "Hi Hades, ready to go?" :She responded with a smile and a bit of blush. "Yes, after you my lady." :he responded with a grin. She giggled and took his hand in hers gently. She walked out of her room following Hades, her hand intertwined with his. He took her to the enchanted lake. "I set up a nice picnic for us, i know you can't see it but...lets just say it took some work." :he said to her with a smile. "You did? That's so thoughtful, thank you!" :She responded with a beautiful smile, bright pink blush dusted acrossed her cheeks. "So how have you been?" :She asked him with a smile. "i'm great and i'm even happier now that i'm with you." :He responded with a slight smirk. "heh, me too" :She said with a smile. Then she realized something as they sat down on the blanket Hades had laid out for them. "Hades, hav you ever heard me sing?" :She asked him with a smile. "No, can't say that i have. Are you, going to sing for me or something?" :He responded.

"I am, i hope you enjoy it." :She told him.

She faced him and began to sing a song:

She swayed gently as she sang, hitting each note perfectly. She got up and Hades followed as they slow danced together across the rose petals he had scattered across the ground for her.

Maria's perspective:

As the song ended, i looked to Hades with a soft smile gracing my face. "So, what did you think of my singing?" :i asked him with a smile. "i-i loved it. it was beautiful." :He responded in an impressed tone of voice. "Oh? Thank you, ya know...that's the first time i've ever actually preformed in front of someone other than my mom...i'm glad you enjoyed it." :I responded with a relieved smile, blush covering my face. I knew he was smiling so i continued to smile as we went on to chat about our lives, i talked about my experiences, my passions, my dreams and i bitched about my parents a bit too but, he listened to all and understood all of it. i am so greatful to have someone who listens to me like this, i smiled. i then looked at my phone and realized it was late. "we should probably get going, its pretty late...it's like 9:25pm." :i said with a bit of a yawn. "Yeah, i lead you back to your room then." :He responded with a smile. I smile and got up and gladly to his hand as he led me back to my room when we got there, we said our goodbyes and then we kissed, it was nice, slow and passionate. i smile as he walked away. i quickly got my pajama's on and went to bed.

my last thought for the night was: 'finally, i've found someone to love.'
