Chapeter 3

I am running as fast as I can "don't look back kels" I say to myself "just don't look back". Ahhhhhh my face slammes on the wet leafy ground I look behind myself my leg is bleeding, I must of tripped over a branch and stabbed myself with a stick "clumsy pice of shit" I mumble to myself. "are you okey" i jump at the voice coming behind a tree, I limp over to the tree it's a little boy in a blue sweater vest had to be at least 8 "yes I'm fine, what are you doing here all alone" I ask as I bend down to see him at eye level "I live here" the little boy replied "were is your house" I ask "I don't have a house" he replies "were do you sleep then" I ask with more concern in my voice " I live in the tree with my older sister" I look up and see a platform in the tree no roof or walls, poor boy I think to myself. "When is your sister coming back" I ask "I don't know she said she was going to get food, and she told me to stay put" "ok, well I'll just wait with you for her" I say "thank you, your very kind" he replies "it's nothing" I smile back at him. I can hear leafs ruffling far ahead of me, I then can see a girl had to be at least 15 she is wearing dark brown shorts and a blue top, she must be freezing I thought to myself "who are you" the girl said "I'm Kelsey, I found your little brother here in the woods alone so I stayed with him" I replied "thank you, you can go now" she says as I stand up "are you sure, I can help you guys" I say "no we're fine" she takes her brother to stand right beside her " ok, goodbye maybe I will see you guys again" I say "maybe" she replies as I walk away going farther into the woods. What now my uncle is a total lunatic and I have no place to go, maybe jasper can help, but I don't know we're he lives "ok this just got a whole lot harder" I mumble as I sit and lean agents the tree. I guess that I will just sleep here for now, and see what happens tomorrow.
