The plane landed in Florida at around midnight, and by that point Josh was absolutely exhausted. The same couldn't be said for Oliver, who was practically bouncing off the wall of the airport.

"Let's just get to the hotel so that we can sleep." Josh huffed, dragging Oliver through the hotel by his wrist. Oli struggled to keep up with the older mans fast pace, wiggling around to try and get out of Josh's grasp.

"Noo Josh, can't we go exploring for a bit? I'm not even tired and I'm hungry." Oliver whined like a child. Josh rolled his bloodshot eyes and rubbed his tense face with his empty hand. Oliver gaped at the feeling of warm air hitting his face as they exited the airport, not having time to comment on the humid temperature as Josh pulled him across the street and into a taxi.

"The Ritz-Carlton hotel please." Josh said to the taxi driver, who nodded before pulling off the curb and beginning to drive to their requested destination.

"Josh-"

"Shut up Oliver, I'm tired and I want to get to the hotel so that I can sleep." Josh moaned.

Oliver crossed his arms over his chest and pouted like a puppy. "But I'm hungry." He whined.

"Then you can order room service when we get there." Josh snapped. He leant back into the plush leather seats of the taxi cab and closed his eyes. He felt his body relax as he blocked out the sound of Oliver's voice whining at him.

The world around him became more distant as he fell into a light sleep. His breathing became even again and his heart rate slowed down until it was nothing more than a steady beat in the background of his mind.

"Joshie I missed you so much, never leave me again." Oliver whispered in his ear as the younger boy consumed him in a tight hug.

"Oli, I was only away for a couple of days." Josh chucked back. The younger boy tightened his grip around Josh's shoulders. Josh sighed into Oliver's hair and kissed his curly locks gently.

When they finally pulled back from their embrace, Josh noticed two very odd things. Number one; they were standing in a house he had never seen before, it looked like the kind of house a family would live in. Number two; Oliver looked a couple years older. His hair was a lot longer now, curling around his neck in messy strands. His eyes looked older too, with slightly more smile wrinkled embedded under them and a more mature look within his brown irises. Instead of being the lanky Oliver he knew, the man in front of him was well built, with obvious muscles bulging out from under his grey t-shirt.

"Yeah well it's still too long to be away from your husband." Oliver sighed. Josh frowned in confused and looked down at his left hand to see he was in fact wearing a white gold wedding ring. He ran his fingers softly against the metal band, liking the way it felt cold against his hot hand. Who was he married to though?

"Wha-"

"Daddy!" A high pitched voice shouted as they ran up to Josh and hugged his legs. He looked down at the little boy, confused once again. He had blue eyes like Josh and long curly hair with freckles. Was this his son?

"This little monkey has been missing you like mad." Oliver smiled as he picked up the little boy. The child giggled as Oliver lightly tickled his stomach. Oliver noticed the confused look on Josh's face and put the little boy back on the floor, telling him to go wait for them in the living room.

Oliver then grabbed Josh's wrist and led him through into the houses kitchen. It was pretty fancy, with marble countertops and all. Josh noticed that there were multiple children's drawings stuck on the fridge door, probably by the little boy he had just met.

"What's wrong dear, you're acting really off." Oliver asked in a concerned tone.

"Who am I married to Oliver? Whose house is this? Who was that little boy?" Josh asked in a hurry. He was so confused by the entire situation that his head was spinning. Oliver laughed at his questions.

"You're married to me silly." Oliver said as he slapped Josh's arm playfully. "This is our house and that's our son, Leo. Jesus Josh did you hit your head whilst you were away or something?"

The world around him became blurry as everything began to spin. Josh felt his body hit the cold floor as everything faded in and out of his vision. He could hear Oliver calling his name but the sound was distant. Slowly everything became darker and darker until-

"Josh! Fucking wake up!"

Josh's eyes snapped open as he came back to reality. He noticed he was still in the backseat of the taxi cab, slumped slightly as his head stayed awkwardly positions against the car seat. The taxi must have come to a stop, as he couldn't hear the engine running nor feel the vehicle moving.

He sat up straight and looked out of the window, realising that they were at the hotel. He sighed and got out of the taxi, giving the driver some a random amount of money because he was honestly too tired to count it out.

The walked up the red carpet lined path that lead to the hotels reception, dragging his suitcase behind him with the little energy he had left. He dragged his body over to the receptionist behind the desk and gave her his details so that they could book into their rooms and finally get some real rest.

"Ummm I'm sorry Mr Franceschi, there seems to have been some kind of mix up with the rooms you booked. It seems you have payed for two rooms but we have only reserved you one." The receptionist said in a sickly sweet voice that was way too chirpy for someone who was working at a hotel reception desk at 1am.

"What does that mean?"

"Well, we are fully booked for the rest of your trip so I am afraid you are going to have to share one room because we don't have any others empty." She said.

Josh internally rolled his eyes but told her that was fine. He practically snatched the room keys out of her hand before grabbing Olivee by the wrist and dragging him up the stairs and all the way to their room.

"So where's my room key then?" Asked Oliver in a perky voice that rang through Josh's ears like a siren.

"There's been a mix up with the rooms so unfortunately we are going to have to share." Huffed Josh. Oliver smirked and nodded, letting Josh pull him down the fancy looking corridors and to their room.

Inside there was an equally fancy looking room with one, king sized bed. In the corner was a desk which had a 64inch TV above it, facing away from the large balcony windows that faced out on to the lake. The bathroom was large with two sets of sinks and a bathtub made of marble with yet another TV fixed on the wall above it.

"There's only one bed." Josh said, thinking out loud.

"That's okay, we can share. I promise I won't bite unless you want me to." Oliver said, winking. Josh sighed deeply, dropping his bangs on the floor before going into the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth. When he came out, Oliver was already under the covers of the bed, sat in nothing but his boxers.

Josh waited until Oliver went into the bathroom before he began to strip off himself. Fortunately for him, he had actually packed pyjamas so he didn't have to sleep next to Oliver in just his boxers. He climbed into the bed, shuffling so he was right up at the edge of it, giving Oliver plenty of room on his side.

Oliver soon slipped into the bed next to him, moaning about how cold it was in the room as he did. Josh payed no attention to his assistant, instead shutting his eyes and trying to get to sleep.

"Josh I'm cold."

"I don't know what you want me to do about that, Oliver."

"Make me warm."

"I can't change the temperature. Go to sleep."

"M'kay." Oliver mumbled into the silence of the bedroom, shivering beneath the cold covers. To say Florida was so warm, this bedroom sure was cold. He soon fell asleep anyway, finally giving in to his body telling him to sleep.

Josh tensed when he felt something brush against his arm. He turned his head to the right and soon realised that Oliver had moved closer to him, now basically resting his head on Josh's shoulder blades.Oliver rolled around in his sleep again, shuffling around in the covers until his entire body was pressed up against Josh's.

Josh stayed stiff, unsure of what to do now. He tried to move away from Oliver but the younger boy just held him tighter. He sighed heavily and closed his eyes again, trying to ignore the way Oliver's curls brushed up against his back and sent shivers down his spine or the way one of his lanky legs wrapped around his knees.

He eventually relaxed as his mind began to switch off again, this time sending him into a dreamless sleep.
