Chapter 1 My Hero

(Y/N) POV

I woke up, stretched and got up. I made my bed nice and neat then made my way to my bathroom to take a shower. Once I got out I dried off, and got dressed in my UA school uniform. I was on my way to school when suddenly I was attacked and pulled into a alley way. The man grabbed onto me smirking "you would make such a fine pet" he said, I struggled against his hold and tried calling out for help. Until a boy ran over and trapped the man in...Tape? and pulled him away. I had fallen over and backed up onto the wall shaking. The boy stood in front of me and held out his hand "Hi! i'm Hanta Sero" he looked down at me "by the looks of it you also go to UA?" I slowly nodded not really trusting my voice. I feel like if I speak I'll cry.

I stopped shaking and took the boy known as Sero's hand, he helped me up to my feet, I rubbed my arm awkwardly and smiled slightly "I-I uhm..t-thank you Sero-kun" he put his hands on his hips, smiling widely "it's no problem! but we should really hurry and get to school or we'll be late" I nodded again and we started walking together. "Hey, whats your name?" he asked "(YN), also thanks again for helping me, i don't want to know what would have happened if you didn't help me" I looked down and kept walking.

"Well it was the right thing to do as a hero in training, and as a person in general" I looked up at him "your in the hero course?" I asked and he nodded "yeah! I'm planning on becoming a hero so I can help people!" I couldn't help but giggle he is too adorable. "What class are you in (Y/N)?" He asked "General education, apparently I'm not good enough to be a hero with my stupid regeneration quirk-" "Hey! a regeneration quirk- is amazing! You shouldn't put yourself down like that. Trust me everyone deserves a chance".

I blushed slightly and looked away. We finally made it to school, I sighed "hey how about you sit with my friends and I at lunch today, I'm Sure they would like to meet you!" Sero said I blinked twice "o-oh! Sure I-I will see you then, thanks!" Then the bell rang "oh sorry! Got to get to class see you at lunch (Y/N)!" Sero said before running off to class. I waved goodbye and headed to my own class.

Sero's POV

I got into class and sat down in my seat beside Midoriya and Kirishima. Mina and Kaminari walked over to my desk and they started asking me questions "Who was that chick you were with Sero?" Kami asked as Mina squealed "I want to know too!' Bakugou made a 'Tch' sound "who cares if some shitty female extra was with Sero!!?" At this point everyone was looking at me, I felt my face heat up and before I could say anything Aizawa came into the classroom, telling everyone to sit down and be quiet.

'Thanks for the save Aizawa Sensei'

I thought as I sighed. Class went on normally and I couldn't help but let me mind wander to (Y/N). Finally the lunch bell ring and class was dismissed, I packed up my things and made my way out of the class and to the General studies class. I stood there patiently waiting for (Y/N) to leave the classroom.
