Uprising

Prologue

          All I could see was the Sea. As far as the eye could see, it covered the land. It's colossal size and power could compare to no other. But, the Darkness was coming, and the Sea was determined to defeat it. Along the horizon, It swarmed the land, consuming everything in it's path: leaving a dark trail of ash behind it. As it realized it's destructive power, its stood its ground, waiting for any foolish enough to challenge it. Regardless, the Sea pressed on: Courageously and Honorably. It failed to realize that it had been outnumbered one to one billion.

          As it advanced towards the Darkness, its fate was sealed...

          The Sea was destroyed...and it's own land was left undefended...

          Soon the chaos had gone, and all that was left standing was the Darkness and I. Motionless, he stared down at me: his raging anger had subsided. I stared back...waiting for him to do something

          Then without a sound, he smiled and lifted me up into his caring arms. As I looked into his eyes, I could see his rage. His rampage was long but over, he would do it again...and somehow I'd be apart of it...
