The first three are most likely often jealous due to their abandonment issues, so it isn't really your fault most of the times.
The last three can be jealous both because they dislike the approach of the others towards you and your attitude towards it.

Fugo dislikes it when you spend time with other men. He may accept it when they're your friends but, if we're being honest, he dislikes it anyway and tries not to let you go out without him. His hatred towards the thought of you leaving him is just too big to be fought against, so all he can do is to keep everything under control, no matter what he has to do. Will observe everyone you know and won't like a lot of people.
▫️Very controlling and passive aggressive

Narancia will feel very anxious when jealous, he doesn't want you to leave him for someone else so he has to take some steps in order to scare the competition. Similarly to Fugo, he's not at ease when you're with your friends, so he keeps an eye on them and if he doesn't like what he sees, it's the end of your friendship. He'll be very active in going against the one he's jealous of and will try to show himself off and be the best in everything.
▫️Very competitive

Giorno doesn't want you to abandon him like the majority did in his life. Seeing you being friendly with other guys will make him feel very frustrated and powerless, so he'll try his best to make his way into the conversation you're having, in hopes to hint to others that they have to leave. He isn't completely against you hanging out with your friends, but he'd prefer to be there too or at least to get to know your friends well (and maybe warn them about keeping distances).
▫️Sly yet insecure

Guido is the jealous type too, but doesn't actually dislike your friends. He'll try to become friends with them, so you can all hang out together, but when he dislikes a certain one he'll make sure not to let you keep in touch with him very often. With strangers, he'll always keep his arm around your waist so that few will dare to approach you. He hates the idea of someone else trying to take you away from him and will go as far as beating that person up if he thinks it's required in order to protect your relationship.
▫️Very protective

Leone dislikes a lot of people in general, so he too won't enjoy the idea of you being with other guys. He won't be as restrictive because he understands that you decide for yourself, but his jealousy gets fueled everytime he sees something suspicious. When he's jealous of a friend of yours, he'll try not to show you and secretely threatens his "opponent" to stay away from you (which usually works). Doesn't really regret his choices. About strangers.. he simply doesn't let them speak to you if he understands what they want, and trust me, he's got a sharp eye for these situations.
▫️Observing and threatening

Bruno doesn't really get jealous easily. He trusts you and lets you hang out with your friends without any problem, but being a mafia member he's got his ways to keep an eye on you and them. When something he dislikes happens, he makes his comeback to the scene and, similarly to Giorno, tries to end everything verbally, without using violence. If this doesn't work, then he tries to talk about it with you, without forgetting to scare the "friend" away, because no one messes with your relationship.
