~few weeks later~

Weeks have passed and it still remained the same in the Phantomhive manor. Always busy and ...keeping secrets

(Y/N) was helping Mey-rin washing the plates since she has nothing to do and doesnt want to disturb her husband or she'll cause trouble

A/N: i forgot how meyrin speaks im sorreh or idk lol

"T-Thank you Lady (Y/N) for helping me but you dont have to do it" Mey-rin said shyly,focusing on the plate she was washing.

"Its fine..Im bored anyways and I dont have anyone to talk to" (Y/N) replied, drying the plates one by one with a cloth.

Mey-rin nodded and continued on her work. (Y/N) feels something wrong about Ciel's client, Antoinette. She keeps on going to the manor everyday and of course, no client is like that if they have something urgent to be discussed or solved and with that, (Y/N) spoke up.

"Hey Mey-rin.."
"Yes..?"

(Y/N) stopped drying the plates and looked at Mey-rin. "Do you know anything about Antoinette Bartolome?"

Mey-rin gulped and of course she knows but she felt like its best not to tell (Y/N) yet the full details.
"Master's client? What about her?"

"I kept on seeing her here everyday going to this manor..isn't that a bit odd?"

"O-Of course! Well,maybe they have important things to discuss"

"Uh-huh..." (Y/N) replied with a serious tone. There's something quite off about this woman. Maybe she and Ciel are more than business partners but something way more off than that.

"Why dont you rest since you've helped me for the whole day?"

I guess (Y/N)'s just overthinking things. She sat on a chair and started to feel a bit dizzy.

"(Y/N) are you okay? Do you need some water?" Mey-rin said, holding a glass of water.

(Y/N) was about to get the water until she feels like vomiting. She tries not to open her mouth and quickly went to the sink and there she vomitted.

"Lady (Y/N)?!"

After vomitting, she wiped her mouth clean and drank water.

"I-Im fine..."

Mey-rin was really concerned for (Y/N) so things were popping in her head

Did she ate something which was bad..?  Did she twirled and twirled..? Or is she....

"Are you...pregnant?"

"Positive" (Y/N) smiled and Mey-rin gasped in amusement.

"We should tell everyone!!"

"Tell everyone what?" Sebastian asked.

(Y/N) turned around and faced them,feeling happy to tell the good news. "Im pregnant"

"Wait, what?! Are you sure?!" Finny said, showing shock and joy on his face

"Just imagine a little Phantomhive running through the hallways...isn't just that cute" Baldroy chuckled.

Sebastian just smiled and congratulated (Y/N)

"Did you told Master about it?" Finny asked

"Not yet but I'll be telling him" (Y/N) smiled

I guess we'll tell her

"Before you go there, we have something to tell you" Sebastian said

"What is it, Sebastian?" (Y/N) replied

"Do you know that woman who always comes here?"

"Yes?"

Finny inhaled and spoke "She has an affair with the Master"

(Y/N)'s smile dropped and felt so shattered.

"It all started with the Grand Ball. The Master got carried away by introducing himself which led him and her to--"

"I've had enough listening" (Y/N) said with tears falling down her cheek.

"We're so sorry we didn't told you sooner and we decided to tell you right now because we dont want that baby to grow with a cheating father"

"I-It's not your f-fault..but it s-still hurts.." (Y/N) hugged them, letting out the pain and anger she felt.

They hugged back and comforted the crying (Y/N) "Can you handle the pain once you go to him?"

"I-I dont know.."

"We'll be with you going there"

So the five went to Ciel's study and instead of knocking, they slammed the door open. (Y/N)'s eyes widened at the scene in front of her.

Antoinette, bare on top of the shirtless Ciel, kissing while giggling

"Was I not enough for you?!"
