"Guys, what's for dinner?" Tony asked as the team sat in the relax area of the Avengers compound in Wakanda. Yes, that was a thing now. It had been built shortly after the Sokovia Accords had stripped away your freedom. No one had signed it, everyone was too afraid that you couldn't protect the world anymore. This was mostly because of you. Originally, Tony and Natasha wanted to sign it, but you talked sense into them and stopped them from signing, telling them that you needed to stick together and do what you did best. Saving the world.

"Tony, we're working on something pretty important, don't you think?" you asked him, stopping the tapping of your pencil against your chin.

"Yes, but it's past 9 pm and I'm hungry," he said, already taking out his phone. "Thai? Chinese? Italian?"

You tiredly rubbed your face before taking your hair out of the ponytail you'd had it in. "Chinese," you sighed eventually and after everyone had given their preferences, Tony placed an order at your favourite Chinese restaurant.

For the past six years, you had been a part of the Avengers. You had started off as a SHIELD agent working directly under Nick Fury until he decided he was going to put together a team of remarkable individuals. He had told you all about Carol 'Avenger' Danvers, AKA Captain Marvel, and you were more than happy to help him assemble a team to protect the Earth.

You were the one to tell Steve Rogers he had been asleep for 70 years, and you had been the only person he trusted for a long time. A year after the battle of New York, you and Steve had begun dating, and you loved him more than anything. Tony loved to call you 'The Married Couple from the 40s', even though you were not actually from the 40s.

About thirty minutes later, all of you had a plate of Chinese food in your laps. "So. Thanos." You turned to Thor. "Where is he now?"

"I don't know. All I know is that he destroyed my ship, killed my brother and half of Asgard's people," Thor said gloomily.

"Okay, anyone else? What do we know about him other than that he's big, purple and a huge dick?" you asked.

"He's looking for the six Infinity Stones," Bruce said.

"Okay, and what are those?" You took out a notepad and a pen. "We have encountered the Mind Stone and the Space Stone back in 2012, they were hidden in the Scepter and the Tesseract. Stephen Strange has the Time Stone, so that one's safe. We miss three."

"The Reality Stone is safe as well. It's with the Collector in Knowhere," Thor added.

"Thank you, Thor," you muttered, jotting down whatever he had just said. "So, two more."

The ground began to tremble. "FRIDAY?" Tony asked his AI.

"An unknown aircraft just entered the upper atmosphere," FRIDAY answered.

"Suit up, everyone," Steve said, rising to his feet. You ran to your shared room with him where you heaved yourself in your suit. It was black with a silver star on your chest, resembling the one on Steve's suit. Night Raven, was your given superhero name.

You turned around to run outside, but Steve stopped you by taking your wrist. "Steve, what's going on? We need to get going," you asked impatiently.
