My view I
First POV : Lia
I woke up to the sound of my musical alarm going off, I sat up quickly and turned it off. I rubbed my eyes and turned my phone off. I stretched and looked around my room. All the pain in my body came rushing through my system. I sighed and whined a little from the stun.
As I got up my spine felt so much agony, I rubbed the central area of my back where my scoliosis was. I threw my head back and popped my neck. After staring at nothing for a moment I grabbed my clothes and went to my houses bathroom. Once I was finished getting dressed I looked in the mirror, “You're gonna have a nice day, don't worry”. I said smiling then went back to my room and woke my sister up.
After I was in my mom's car, she drove us to school. I got out the car without saying a word to her and went into this hell hole that wanted me to suffer each day I stepped in the gym. I walked up to where I sit normally and was greeted by my friends.
There were two of them that I knew for the longest time. I've known Selene the longest, she goes through a lot and thankfully will tell me if something is wrong with her. Adrian is more of a weird, odd type person. She stands up for herself even though her own bully lives with her. I try my best to help her but there's really nothing I can do.
Serenity is my friend that I became close with in band, she's very childish and stubborn. But I still love her to death. Abby is basically the same level with JJ, they don't act very mature most of the time but do know when to be serious. Prestin is some what like them but she is more girly and sassy. She has a lot on her mind and loves absorbing drama.
Serenity smiled at me, “Hi Lia, have you talked to him yet?”, She asked, then I sighed. “I'm to scared. But he said he'd tell me.”, I said and showed her the messages on my phone. Abby and Prestin sat next to Serenity and looked at the messages with her. “Aww I'm so excited to see what happens!”, Abby said and smiled. Prestin looked at me, I looked at her then over at my other friends.
As I walked to them they looked at me, “Oh hey guys”, I spoke and sat in front of them. They both looked at me, “Hey.”, Selene said and took her ear buds out. They were looking at Selene's phone, probably reading a story or watching videos about this popular boy band. I felt an awkward silence developing. I quietly sighed to myself, “Have you been doing better?”, I asked Selene. She shook her head a little. “My mom keeps getting on my nerves, always blaming me for shit.”, She looked down as she mumbled the words out. I felt a pain strike in my heart, she was such a good, nice, beautiful girl. Her mother was a nice person too. But, Selene said she acts nice in front of her friends. Which made me sympathetic for her. I put my hand on hers. She looked at me.
“I'm always here for you”, I said to her lovingly. She was like the sister I always wanted. Just then our coach called for 8th to go get breakfast. I got up and said bye to them, I got my stuff and walked to the cafeteria with the rest of my friends. They were all giggling about boys, like always. Once we got to our breakfast table, they looked at me. “So how's it with Zion?”, Serenity asked slightly smirking and wiggling her eyebrows. I laughed awkwardly, “Well we started talking on messenger last week and got to know eachother more, he said he has something to ask me.”, I explained. “Ooh what if he wants to ask you out?”, Abby suggested. I thought about it for a second then smiled to myself.
Zion was a good guy and very funny. He can be very rude to some people though. But, I love him for his personality, he can be very nice, he loves taking about positive subjects. And he stays away from drama. I have to admit, I have caught feelings for him. Everytime we make eye contact, my heart beats a little faster. But when I first met him I hated his guts, he was a stuck up little bitch. But I guess you have to get to know someone first before you judge them. As I was eating I kept thinking of the thought, me and him, together. Holding hands, hugging, sitting next to eachother? I stopped eating and covered my face.
When the first period bell rang, I got my stuff and walked to class with my friends. 15 minutes into class and my phone buzzed, I peeked at it, it was a message from him.
New POV : Lisa's phone
Zion: hey
You: can't talk rn I'm in class
Zion: ohok
Back to first POV : Lia
I smiled to myself a little bit. Just a little, I didn't want the teacher noticing. After my most annoying classes were finished. I walked to English, were I had a friend to talk to. I sat down and she came behind me and poked my sides. I jumped, of course. She laughed and sat in front of me. “Abby, Abby, I have news. He messaged me during class.”, I whispered the last part. She made a dramatic face. “oH mY gOd”, I giggled and nodded. Then the teacher made us quiet down.
The lunch bell rang and everyone in my grade almost running out of their classes to get to the lunchroom. Made me think of a pack of wild dogs. I went to we're I usually sit and waited for them to tell us to go get our lunches. I laid my head down, immediately when I do this, 'Whats wrong Lia???', I mean I don't know why everyone thinks I'm sad if I lay my head down or just don't speak. Sometimes it frustrates me. I looked at Selene. “Nothing. If anything I'm happy”, I said and covered my face into my arm.
And that does it for this (episode)?
