The words make [y/n] slowly wake, his almond eyes staring into hers, and suddenly, she's helpless.

She chokes on her tears, hiding herself in Chenle's shirt. Chenle swallows thickly, petting her hair, whispering small affirmations to [y/n], letting her cry on him.

"Hey, hey, it's alright. Everything is fine," Chenle confirms, "do you want to go up to the roof?" [y/n] nods, still shaking. Chenle helps her up, wrapping the lilac blanket around her. As they walk up the stairs, Chenle spares little, worried glances at [y/n].

He's not used to [y/n] crying, she rarely cries.

Once on the roof, they realize the sun is already going down. Chenle's mom is going to be pissed. 'whatever.'

They sit in quiet for a few minutes, and when [y/n] has stopped crying, Chenle decides to speak up. "What happened?"

[y/n] looks down with an upset expression, "did Jaemin tell you guys?" Chenle sighs,

"About you wanting to leave? Yeah. He did." Chenle could never lie to her, no matter how hard he tried.

"I had a nightmare about my dad again. This time, it was him catching me in Daegu, and bringing me back home." She explains, only vaguely. Chenle purses his lips, wrapping an arm around [y/n]'s shoulder.

"I would never, ever let happen," he hesitates, should he tell her? "you know that right?"

[y/n] leans into his side, "you have no idea how much I love you guys. I wouldn't be able to make it as long as I have without you gu-"

"[y/n], we're going with you."

Hyunjae yawns, accidentally hitting Donghyuk in the face as she stretches. She snorts, but yelps as he smacks.

"That hurt, dick!" He complains, but Hyunjae only laughs and gets up, before realizing that [y/n] and Chenle were gone. She raises an eyebrow, but shakes it off, and decides to make something for food.

Settling for hoeddeok(sweet, syrupy pancakes), she starts the pan.

Thoughts swarm her head as she makes the batter, mainly ones of her dream. It was. . . odd. To say the least.

Her phone vibrates on the counter, her alarm of VIXX's Chained Up playing. Luckily for her, that song never gets old. She smiles wide, nodding her head lightly.

Hyunjae stops it, before putting on music.

She happily sings as she makes breakfast, completely ignoring Donghyuk as he sits down at the small table, yawning. He watches her cook for a few minutes, contemplating whether he should talk to her about the discussion Jaemin started, or let Jaemin tell her.

"Jae."

Hyunjae turns, raising an eyebrow, not expecting anyone to be in the kitchen. "Yeah?"

"Jaemin told us about how [y/n]'s planning on leaving to Daegu or Busan. We decided that we weren't going to let her go alone. We're going with her." He looks up her, staring into her gray eyes.

Hyunjae looks down, "I only expected as much. Has anyone told her yet?"

Donghyuk bites his lip, scraping it between his teeth. "Maybe, her and Chenle are on the roof talking. He might've told her." Hyunjae purses her lips, before going back to cooking. This is a conversation for later.

Soft laughter gets louder as [y/n] and Chenle enter the kitchen a few minutes later, both of their cheeks, ears, and noses flushed from the cold. Hyunjae smiles, "hey chica, hey Chenle."
