Days had passed, and you finally could make it back to the hideout, you were climbing the long staircase with Itachi and Kisame, hoping things will work out for you and you can leave the organization with the least trouble possible.
You walked with Itachi and Kisame to the room they usually go to to get information about their missions, something like a small meeting room.
You handed the scrolls you had gotten in your last mission and reported, the leader seemed pleased with it, Kisame left the room but still you and Itachi had to do something else...

"[name] will leave the organization, and that's final", the Uchiha said in a deep and serious tone as he stood by your side, you remained silent, he already asked you to let him handle things.
"Why?", Pain said in a calm voice, as if he had expected this, of course, ever since you and Itachi had gotten engaged, Itachi has been dropping hints of this.
"We are getting married and I want my wife to be out of this, that's an enough reason, but also, first it was meant for her to heal the members, and she did her duty perfectly, but I see she is getting involved in more troubles, and so, this is not what I brought her for in the first place, things had changed", Itachi said in a clear voice, taking your hand in his as he locked eyes with the orange haired man.
"Even though, [name] had become one of our most important members, not just for her healing abilities, but her sensory skills, her seals, unsealing abilities, her fight skills, her Sharingan, her deciphering skills, all this and more is so much needed for our organization, the Akatsuki has been feared tremendously by nations ever since she joined, you don't think we'd let her go that easily for such reason", Pain said in his calm deep voice.
"That is not our problem, as I already said this was never the reason she came here, none of her other skills have been known to the Akatsuki before. So, I told you what we have decided, whether to accept it or not is up to you" Itachi said not willing to give up.
"And so, what will you do in case the answer is no?", Pain said narrowing his eyes at the two of you.
"She will leave, the easy way or the hard way", Itachi said in his stern voice, challenging the leader, as you strated to feel alerted and uncomfortable about this.
"What will you do then?", Pain asked, no emotions can be seen on his face.
"Either she will be allowed to leave peacefully with no conditions whatsoever, or else...I will take her and leave the organization together, and you know the consequences", Itachi said as you can feel him gently squeezing your hand reassuringly.
"Is that a threatening to the Akatsuki, Itachi?", Pain said narrowing his eyes, apparently unpleasant with what Itachi said.
"You can see it any way you like, I said what I had in mind, there is no need for us to discuss anything else", Itachi said wanting to skip more useless debate with the leader and just leave with you.
"It is not over yet!", Pain didn't want to let go of you easily, not after the enormous addition you have given to the organization, being the third Uchiha member alongside Itachi and Madara, another Sharingan for the benefit of the organization, he can't just let this go away.

"That's enough...", the three of you looked around to see the masked man coming into the room as well, his Sharingan can be clearly visible through the hole in his mask.
"Hn, you take care of things", Pain said looking at Madara who advanced toward the two of you, as Pain then left.
"If that's what [name] wants...I guess I will let her leave, thank you for landing us your powers during this time, but we have some conditions to talk about before you can leave", he said making Itachi furrow his brows.
"I said, unconditionally", your fiancé said in a deep voice, his red eyes glaring directly at the man in front of you, Itachi seems to be more concerned about this matter, maybe even more than you.
The masked man chuckled slightly then said:"at least let me explain, first, we want from [name] to keep everything she knows about us a secret", he said, now in a serious tone, as his eye staring at you.
"I promise", you said calmly and confidently with a nod, as Itachi narrowed his eyes, waiting for what's next.
"And also, since Itachi will still be a member of our organization and he will be in contact with you, we want you to still keep care of him and heal him", the masked man added as you nodded and said: "I don't even need to be told about this"
"Also...", he said, focusing on your beautiful face through the hole of his mask, Itachi was starting to get impatient now...
"We might still contact you for help in case there was an emergency, and we hope you wouldn't refuse to help us, of course as 'normal' patients", he said as you nodded after a little while of thinking, it's like the first time when you had to heal Deidara, most of these conditions are talking about healing and medical care, not hard conditions actually.
"And so we might ask you for pills and medicines every now and then", he finished as you nodded again.
"We will contact you through Itachi, we won't attack you or your village and we will not make you join again...unless you honor us with your services", he said with a smirk that ayou couldn't see under his mask, you just stared at him.
"Since you have just came back from your mission that was a success...you will get your cash, and also, Itachi and Kisame will get a few days to rest, you can leave now...", Madara said before disappearing into that swirl again, leaving the two of you there alone.
