He has turned the females into Die Hexe who can use weaken other people auras and disable semblances and for the males, he turned them into Die Vogelscheuche they can move fast and look like ghosts due to Strauss's Geistkraft augmentation. And that girl who the lady named Salem forced him to see. Who is she?

The people that came to Strauss's base were, Ozpin and General Ironwood, Winter, Goodwitch and Team STRQ and Team RWBY... Right know they were at the gate of the base or the entrance to Hell...
