The next morning Clove woke up breathing heavy and at different speed. She stood quickly and jumped back when she saw herself in the mirror, her eyelids where purple and her skin was a weird color.

"Mom! Dad!" she called out while running through the house

"Clove! What's wrong?" they asked as she finally stood infront of them

"Oh my god, what happened?" Levan asked while rushing to her

"I don't know, I couldn't breath right and this just happened" Clove said as she began to panic

"It's okay, it's okay" Levan tried to comfort her

"Levan..." Stella trialed off as she looked into the direction of her daughters arm

"What?" he asked while him and Clove looked down at her arm to see it moving in a weird way

"Is something in there? Can you feel something?" he asked as Clove nodded

"What do we do? Do we take her to a doctor?" Stella asked in a panic as Clove sat down

"Yeah we already tried that Stella" Levan said as he sighed. Clove began to breath uneven and her body began to sweat

"Clove? Can you hear us?" Stella asked her as her voice only came out as a echo to her

"Hey, Clove" Levan said as she snapped her back

"The purple is going away, how are you feeling?" he asked as Clove took a deep breath

"I think I need a walk" she said as she slowly stood up

"Are you sure honey? I think you need to lay down" Stella said as Clove shook her head

"No, no I need to go on a walk" she said while quickly walking out the house. She walked through streets of Hawkins taking deep breaths to control her breathing. That was until she came across Starcourt and saw five familiar figures

"What the hell!" she shouted getting their attention

"Clove, what are you doing here?" Max asked her with a blink

"Clearly not hanging out with my friends, why didn't you guys call me? So what you all just wanna hang out without me now?" she asked defensively

"No! No that's not it! We all just ran into each other on a accident, El and I were hanging out and then we busted the boys for lying" Max said as Clove rolled her eyes

"Do you honestly expect me to believe that? If you didn't want me around, you could have just said so" she said

"Clove no, no it's not that" Mike shook his head at her

"No please don't let me be a downer on your day" Clove rolled her eyes as she walked off

"Clove" El tried but it was no use, Clove was already walking away

"Short walk huh?" Stella asked as Clove walked back into the house

"Guess so" Clove shrugged as she looked to her Mom as she gapped

"Oh no, Clove you're turning purple again" she said as she reached for Clove but was stopped by the girl grabbing her wrist

"You need to cut it out" Clove said as she breathed heavy

"Cut it out? Cut what out?" Stella asked confused

"The thing inside me, cut it out" Clove demanded as her eyes widened

"Clove this isn't a good idea, it's dangerous and it could end badly" Stella said as Clove looked over at her

"Then we better make it quick" Clove said as she squeezed her eyes shut while her Mom barely gazed her with the kitchen knife
