third year (part 1)

Harry's second year had been normal If you didn't count in people being found petrified and everyone thinking he was the one who opened the chamber. Then He, Ron and Lockhart had found their way into the chamber of secrets and Lockhart had gotten his memory erased, then Harry had fought a giant basilisk and the younger version of Tom Riddle. Then he, Ron, Ginny, and Lockhart had flown out of the chamber with the help of Dumbledores phoenix Fawkes. So, in short, a normal school year for Harry.

But now was the time for his third year.

"Harry, we have to go if we want to catch the train!" Sirius yelled from downstairs, Harry was still getting ready and Remus was outside waiting for their taxi so that they would get to the kings cross station, "Coming!" Harry yelled as he ran down the stairs with his trunk, Sirius shrunk Harry's trunk and put it in his pocket, they left the house and Sirius locked all the doors and then they all got into the taxi.

Remus' P.O.V.

I was going to start teaching at Hogwarts and Sirius was going to move in with me, he had wanted to stay at home at first, but after we had a little fight about it before we got into an agreement about it a few days ago, I didn't want him to stay all alone by himself, I would be too far away from him and if something happened, I might not be quick enough to get to him or what if something happened to Harry and Sirius wasn't there? Well, anyway I have no time to think about this.

The taxi dropped us off at the station and we got out, I paid him and we made our way to the platform 9 3/4, When we got there Sirius took Harry's trunk and made it back into its original size, Harry left with Ron and Hermione while Sirius and I were left on the platform to wait for the train, about fifteen minutes later we got on the train and found an empty compartment, "Sirius, I'm going to sleep for a bit" I said before pulling turning to face away from him and closing my eyes, It had been a full moon a few days ago and I was still feeling weak, maybe the full moon was what caused our fight, I had been angry and tired, while Sirius had been stressed and worried for me, I kind of blamed myself for it and I think that Sirius does as well but he's just too stubborn to admit it. 

third P.O.V.

"Let's sit here, everywhere else is full," Hermione said as she, accompanied by Ron and Harry, "Hey Sirius," Hermione said as she took a seat in front of Remus, "Hello, Hermione," Sirius said back, smiling, they talked the whole ride to Hogsmeade, "So, Remus is going to be our new defense against dark arts teacher and you're moving here to live with him and help him with the lessons?" Hermione asked for probably the tenth time, "Yes, we will" Sirius said, he had been as excited every time that Hermione had asked him anything, his smile was always the same truly happy one and he didn't get annoyed at all by her questions, in fact, he actually enjoyed talking to Harry's friends, especially Hermione, Neville, and Draco, speaking of Draco, where was he? Now that Sirius thought about it, he hadn't seen Draco once, not on the train nor the train station, "Harry, where is Draco?" Sirius asked, Harry, placed his candy's down and looked at Sirius, "I don't know where he is right now, the last I heard from him was a month and a half ago" Harry said, Sirius thought that his fears had finally come through and that it was somehow Lucius' doing, ever since Draco had been sorted into Gryffindor Lucius had been acting strange and had been kinda cold. "Oh, Okay," Sirius said before looking out of the window, looking worriedly into the sky.

The train stopped at Hogsmeade and everyone got ready to leave, "Harry, go ahead, we will see you at the feast" Sirius said while taking his and Remus' trunks from the rack, "Okay, see you soon" Harry said before he and his friends left, "Remus dear, we have to go if we want to make it to the castle before the students" Sirius said, Remus slowly opened his eyes and got up, "I'm up, let's go" Sirius chuckled and they left the compartment and went to find their ride to the castle.
