- Elizabeth's Pov -

"If you disappear from my life, I'll have no reason to live. So please, Live for me" Meliodas whispered as he caressed my face. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't. It was like they were sealed with glue "I don't know whether I should stay or go. Diane, Gelda and Zeldris are here. King, Ban and Elaine are on their way back from taking Arthur to the hospital. Merlin, Gowther and Escanor couldn't make it tonight" Meliodas sighed as I felt him sit next to me on the bed "I wish you would open your eyes"
"So do I" I spoke in my mind.
"I was so proud of you today. And I will say it again. I was a little turned on when you were angry" I heard Meliodas chuckle.
"Oh, my days," I said. I would have rolled my eyes but you know. I flaming can't.
"I just know you're rolling your eyes at me. I do anything to see your eyes right now"
"And I yours" Ping.
"Your sisters have messaged me on Facebook. Wanting to know if you're ok. Ellie is out cold again. She healed everyone. Been checked over by Merlin" Meliodas said as he taped away on his phone. I heard the door bang open and closed "And send. I need to go back downstairs. I love you" I felt his soft lips touch my forehead.
"Goodnight, Meliodas"

"She still not woken up?" I heard my sister Veronica say "It's been 2 days"
"I know. Is this the longest this has happened?" Meliodas asked as he sat on the bottom of my bed "School wasn't the same without her" I heard Meliodas say.
"She does love school" Veronica sighed.
"No, I don't"
"Once when she was little. We were pissing around in an abandoned block of flats and I fell like 5 flights of stairs and landed in a window. Mags was screaming at the amount of blood. Ellie, was, well being Ellie. Screaming and crying. Was not a pretty picture. I was losing consciousness and it's true what they say in movies when they are dying: they are cold and see this bright light. Only this bright light wasn't the path to heaven's pearly white gates. It was Ellie. She had placed her hands on my leg"
"She was healing you," Meliodas said.
"Yep, Her right eye was a gold orangery colour and her left eye was still blue. Though both had this weird symbol"
"It's called a triskele" Meliodas sighed.
"What is a triskele?" I wondered in my head.
"What is that?" Veronica asked. I heard Meliodas sigh and shift around on the bed.
"Whenever a Goddess inhabits a physical vessel or whenever they use their magical powers, Their eyes manifest the symbol"
"How do you know so much about them?" Veronica quizzed.
"My sperm donor of a father is the headmaster at Danafor. He had a lot of books hanging around" Meliodas replied "Anyway. How long was Ellie out for when she healed you?"
"About a week. She was 5 at the time though"
"Is it normal for her to pass out when using her powers?"
"Sometimes. After that moment, She changed. She did her hardest to hide her powers but one night, Bartra went out with some guys from work. He was drunk. He slapped Ellie about and she snapped. She got angry and her wings appeared. She used that glowing ball thing and smacked him in the face. That's when her father realized that she wasn't completely human. He had 'tests' done on her. Tried to rip her wings out" I heard Veronica explain.
"I hate the man even more" Meliodas growled.
"So do most people. When she saved the kid from Ludociel last year"
"Meliodas's brother, Zeldris"
"He tried to remove her wings again. It's why she ran away. She feared he would do more to her if she stayed"
"Like what he did to Merlin?"
"What did he do to Merlin?" I asked.
"What did he do to Merlin?" I heard Margaret say from the door. Well, I think it was the door. She walked into my room and sat on the end of my bed.
"Bartra raped her, the night she ran away. She found out he planned to sell her and Ellie to someone and he did what he did"
"She was 13" Veronica snarled. I could feel my power grow.
"That man hurt my sister!" Like he hurt me, I need to get up. Like now. Body move already.
"Jesus and I did not think that man could lower himself any further" Margaret sighed sadly.
"That man made Ellie think she was a freak, A monster. When he was the monster all along" Veronica sneered "I wish we could ruin him, Mentally, Physically and Emotionally"
"Maybe we could. Mum is still married to him. He never did agree to a divorce. She could claim the business. That would hurt him in his pockets" Margaret said as she got off the bed. I could hear her pacing up and down the room.
"He's been hurt physically when Ellie sent him flying across town" Meliodas chuckled.
"Do you think mum would help?" I heard Veronica ask.
"I don't know and we move away on Friday. We wouldn't be able to help but we could always ask" Margret declined.
"I'll help in any way I can" Meliodas offered.
"You don't have to"
"Yes, I do. She is the love of my life. I'd do anything for her!" Meliodas said firmly.
"We know. You're the kid from Middies" Veronica spoke. I wish I could open my eyes and see their faces.
"Come on Ellie, You know how to heal yourself. Just bloody do it!"
"I take it you are staying tonight?" Margaret asked.
"I ain't leaving her side. My brother is at his girlfriend's tonight. I may go home tomorrow so I can pack for Friday"
"May?" My sister both said.
"Depends if my father leaves tonight or tomorrow for his annual business trip to Vegas" Meliodas lent back onto the pillow next to me.
"Very well. We are having Spag Bol for tea, Want some?" Margaret offered.
"Yes please," Meliodas spoke.
"Very well. I will call you in an hour" Margaret said as she left my room. I think Veronica left with her. I felt fingers run through my hair "Call us if anything new happens"

"Come on Ellie wake up. The school wasn't the same without you. Arthur was in today. He wanted to know why you missed yours and his date. I may have told him to fuck off. As did Ban. He then tried picking a fight but Mr D saw everything and after we explained what happened over the weekend. Arthur got given Isolation again. Don't think that kid has ever been in class longer than an hour. The Sins, Elaine and Gelda miss you. Oh, Gelda's Feeding season is over. She doesn't want 'suck ya blood' anymore" Meliodas said in his best Dracula voice. I laughed in my head "Did you just laugh at me?"
"I did," I thought.
"One minute" I felt Meliodas leave the bed and run out of the room.

I heard someone running down the stairs and back down up again "Then her chest moved as if she was laughing at me"
"What made her laugh?" Margaret stroked my face.
"I was telling her about the day and that Gelda's Feeding season was over and that she doesn't want to 'suck ya blood' anymore" Meliodas did the voice again. I laughed again.
"I see what you mean," Veronica said "She should be up and about soon. Won't be long now"
"Veronica, Let's go back down. Meliodas. Keep an eye on her" Margaret ordered. I think Meliodas nodded "Try and make her laugh again" My sisters walked out of my room as Meliodas sat next to me once again.
"I'll do my best" He called out. I heard the door close.

"Let's see what I can do"
"UH OH!" I thought as I tried to move away.
"Hey, You moved? Hmmm, Let's try this" Meliodas went to my hips. He started to tickle me. I started to squirm around.
"HA HA HA HA HA HA" I started to really laugh and it wasn't in my head either. I could feel movement in my arms and legs again.
"This is revenge for Friday night" Meliodas taunted as he began to tickle my belly. I lifted my arms to slap his hands away. I felt happy. My body was warm "Hey you're glowing!" He stopped tickling me for a moment or two, Just so he could kiss my lips "I love you"
"I love you too" I grinned as I opened my eyes.
"Welcome back to the land of the awake. Enjoy your two-day nap?" He asked.
"Somewhat, Guess I needed it" I sat up slowly. Meliodas wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I leaned into his shoulder and leant my head against his shoulder "I heard everything by the way"
"Even what I said about Merlin?" He said. I nodded and sighed "Guess you will have that talk with her at some point?"
"She'll tell me when she is ready. And If and when that time comes, I will ruin my father" I said with determination.
"There's my girl" Meliodas nuzzled into my hair "Now go clean up. I will let your sister know to set an extra place for the table" He let me go and helped me to stand. Once he was happy that I was stable, He left my room.

I went to the en-suite and looked at myself in the mirror.
"Man, I look rough!" I said to myself as I began to run the shower. I still had my outfit on from Saturday. While it was heating up, I walked back towards my wardrobe and picked up an outfit. It was only my black sports leggings and a light blue t-shirt. I took my outfit and went back to shower. I stripped my dirty clothes and hopped into the shower. The hot water felt good against my skin. I wasn't in the shower long. I turned the water off and dried off. Quickly got dressed and went back into the bedroom. Only to find Meliodas sprawled out on the bed.
"Paint me like one of your french girls" Meliodas teased. I burst out laughing "Sorry, Couldn't help it"
"It's alright. I don't have a pencil and paper so I can't" I did a side smile. I laid down on the bed and laid my head on Meliodas's lap.
"I've spent the last two days without you, I don't want this to end" Meliodas rubbed my arm with fingers.
"MELIODAS! ELLIE! DINNER!" Veronica shouted from downstairs.
"I don't want this to end but I'm hungry," Meliodas said as we both got off the bed. The smell of Spag Bol filled my lungs. We went into the kitchen and my sisters spent most of the evening getting to know my Meliodas. Meliodas had texted the others and they all said they would see me at school tomorrow. I really felt happy. Nothing could ruin this moment.
