Their story {Spinel x Reader} (ON HOLD)

Chapter 3

Launching her self about 20 feet in the air, she begins to sing. You pay very close attention to her lyrics. 

"🎶That's right, I heard the story, over and over again!🎶", she sang, bouncing her head to the ground, then to her feet, and to her head again, somewhat like a slinky toy. 

"🎶Gee, it's swell to finally meet her other friends!🎶", she sang, while stretching her head towards you and Steven. Your cheeks feel warm. (And this point you're on your knees next to Steven)

She retracts her head back to herself. She heard the story. What story? And what does 'her other friends' mean? Is this 'her', Pink Diamond? I mean I know she's a prick ,but--  Your thoughts are quickly interrupted with the sight of the gems in peril. 

"🎶That's right, I heard the story, don't really like how it ends!🎶", During this one line, she dodges 3 of Garnet's heavy punches easily just to jump over to Pearl to flick her nose, and to loom over Amethyst for a moment to flip her own hair onto her. 

Which for some reason made you laugh a little, causing Steven to stare at you with a grimacing look. Right now was no time for jokes. 

"🎶Gee, it's swell to meet her other friends!🎶", she sung, grabbing Pearl and pulling her towards her, a smile glued onto her face. You began to feel a little useless for being able to help the gems against this villain. The pink gem wrapped herself onto one of the injector's legs, stretching her arms and neck. 

"🎶What did she say about me? What did she say?🎶", she sang while shaking her head tauntingly and hold onto Pearl's legs. Leaving Pearl dangling by her ankles, still holding onto her spear. You felt your face getting warmer at the sight of her using her powers in such a... unique way. This was silly! Even if you did admit your feelings, there was probably no chance she would feel the same way! ...Right?

At the end of her line she unraveled herself from the injector leg, dropped Pearl, and slid underneath Amethyst. She laid on her side with her head on her hands and fingers intertwined, propping her elbows on the grass. Her legs are stretched out like pasta, and she is using her feet to kick Amethyst in the air back and forth 

"🎶What did you do without me? What did you do?🎶", she sang, tilting her head left to right, almost childishly. 

This sight made your heart flutter for a brief moment. What the hell is going on with me?  You ask yourself in your head. Finishing her kicking game with Amethyst, she moved on to Garnet. She slid under her feet and... you have no clue how to describe it. She outstretched her arms & neck, enlargened her hands, and clasped on the side of the injectors sharpened end with her hands. Somehow causing Garnet to flop like a fish on her back on the gem's flexible arms. 

You felt a little angry at the gem for doing this to your friends but also jealousy, as you see Garnet struggling in what all you can see would be fun. 

"🎶Did you play games without me? What did you play?🎶", she sang, stretching her neck, even more, looking over Garnet with a slightly bigger eye. She removes herself from the position with Garnet, as quickly as she had gotten there. She slithered like a serpent on the ground, alternating directions every second. 

"🎶Did you think all this time all this time, I wouldn't find out about YOU?🎶", she sang, pushing herself into the air, in a wrap and sprang all of her limbs outward in a taunting manner. Things were getting serious!

You saw Steven shift his gaze into an expression of fear and worry, but for yourself... You did feel worried but your face didn't express it as much as Steven did. Which kind of confused you for a moment, but not long enough to think about it before the pink gem's next move.
