Gemini's POV: I looked up at the big building in front of me. This is where I would spend my last four years of school. Zodiac Boarding School. I took a deep breath before gathering my courage together and walking through those big glass doors.
Scorpio's POV: I had just been inside the school for 5 minutes when I saw the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life walk in. I nudged my friend Cancer. "Who's that girl that just walked in?" Cancer just shrugged. "I think she's new. Why?" I could feel myself blush a bit. "O-Oh no reason...," I replied.
Gemini's POV: As soon as I walked in, I noticed this guy staring at me. I immediately questioned whether or not I believed in love at first sight because that guy was gorgeous. But who was he? There was still at least 5 minutes until I had to go to my next class. I thought about maybe starting up a conversation with this mysterious stranger and maybe even walking to class with him but decided against it. I sighed and got to my first class early.
Scorpio's POV: Did she look over here? It was almost as if she was going to come over... I visualized her being in my next class and maybe getting to know her a bit. Nah! That probably wasn't going to happen. I got up and probably would've left my black headphones behind if it wasn't for Cancer handing them to me. I looked down at my watch. There was only two minutes left until the teacher took attendance for our first class. Just great! It's my first day and I'm already late to my first class. I looked around the hall. There was no one in sight, so... I RAN LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMORROW! Then, I tripped and fell. Oh yeah. I also didn't make it in time.*Sighs* Well this is sad. Long story short, I walked in, got yelled at by the teacher, and then finally sat down. I glimpsed at the person next to me. To my surprise, it was her! And she looked just as surprised as I did.
Gemini's POV: I was busy reading when the teacher startled me so bad! He appeared to be yelling at someone. I put my book down to see what was going on and there he was. That guy from earlier. Was fate bringing us together? What surprised me even more was when he took a seat next to mine. He didn't notice me at first, but then he looked next to him. He made this weird face. Like when you're not really sure how to feel. I felt overwhelmed and looked away. Then the teacher started the lesson. 𝙰𝚗 𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛... I grabbed my backpack and stood up as I was getting ready to leave. The day flew by after that. Unfortunately for me, that mysterious guy wasn't in any of my other classes. I headed to my dorm. I had no idea who was going to be my roommate. I had heard earlier that the school was now letting boys and girls share a dorm. I was really really hoping that I didn't have to share a dorm with a guy! But then, my nightmares were confirmed. There, on the bed, a pair of black headphones. Only a guy would own black headphones, as stereotypical as it sounds. Strangely though, my roommate wasn't there. Eh. I figured I should do something to pass the time. I decided I would go to the balcony, so if my roommate came to our dorm he wouldn't know anyone was there.
Scorpio's POV: When I got back to my dorm, my headphones were there, exactly as I had left them. I figured my roommate hadn't gotten here yet. I put my headphones on and listened to music for a couple of hours. Before I knew it, it was nighttime. Where could my roommate be? I decided on going to the library, since no one would be up at this time to disturb me.
Gemini's POV: I opened my eyes. It was dark. Had I fallen asleep on the balcony? Somehow I was still exhausted. I went back inside the dorm. Had my roommate 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 not come back? I just sat on the bed for a minute. For some reason, I felt sort of lonely. Everyone would be sleeping at this time. I decided on going to the library to be alone. Even though I already was... When I got there, it was so empty. No one in sight. Until I spotted him. I felt like I was in a dream. Isn't it weird how people we don't even know can have such an effect on us? I saw him and I know he saw me too. I went to the opposite side of the library. And that's how we spent our time there for most of the time. Most. Then, out of nowhere, the ground started shaking. I shrieked and went under a table.
Scorpio's POV: I was in the library for like 20 minutes before she walked in. Again, the feeling came back. I saw her see me and continue walking to the other side of the library. I would never admit this, but my heart felt disappointed. Half an hour passes by and suddenly, the ground starts to shake. I hear a high pitched shriek and see the girl get under a table. I finally decide to get near her and take shelter under the same table. I always thought earthquakes only last 30 seconds to a minute long. I guess I was wrong. It lasted for at least 10 minutes. I was relieved when it was finally seeming to stop. If only I knew that it would just get worse. The roof caved in on us and soon we were trapped in the library. Together.
Gemini's POV: The earthquake lasted so long. When it was finally over, the roof caved in on us. I glanced uneasily at him. "I-" he stopped me before I could even get a word out.
Scorpio's POV: She started talking. I stopped her in her first word. "Listen...," I started. "We've been looking at each other all day. There's some type of connection between us and I know you feel it too. Please. Let's stop being so shy around each other. Let's get to know each other. So... what do you say?"
Gemini's POV: I blinked a couple of times to make sure he was really being serious and this wasn't my mind playing tricks on me. "O-Oh umm y-yeah sure!" I was surprised I was able to get those words out with how nervous I felt.
Scorpio's POV: "Great. So, who's your best friends?"
Gemini's POV: "Aries. She's sweet and yeah she can be harsh at times, but she means well. I think." We shared a quick little laugh about her personality before I blurted out what had been on my mind all day. "Are you in a relationship?"
Scorpio's POV: Gemini has just asked if I was in a relationship. Does that mean she was interested in me? I didn't hesitate to do what I did next. I smirked. "Does this answer your question?" I pulled her in for a kiss and to my surprise, she kissed back.
Gemini's POV: Scorpio had just kissed me. I kissed back. We stayed there, with the roof caved in, kissing for about 20 minutes. I loved it. Every second of it. I finally pushed away.
Scorpio: "We should probably get out of here."
Gemini: "Yeah. Hey! Look! There's an opening back there!"
Scorpio's POV: "You're right!" I picked her up off her feet and ran out of there with her.
Gemini's POV: Just as I said that, he picked me up and together, we ran. Yeah, we missed our first 3 classes. And yeah, the teacher yelled at us for like 5 minutes straight on the importance of not missing classes. But you know what? I wouldn't have done it any other way.
