Despite all his crap, he manages to at least help Violet from committing suicide at the start of the book and it's ironic how he, a guy who wants to die, teaches Violet to live life after her sister's death.
And he did good. I liked him around Violet. The two are cute together.
BUT The ending kind of shook me — i wasn't expecting FINCH to die. Like, wtf? and then violet.. WHAT.
the only reason i'm including his name here is because i strongly find his character intimidating and interesting, but the ending... o
