First let me start of by telling you who I am. I am Cassidy Hansen. At the age of fifteen I have never been to a concert. When my mom told me I was going to a Garth Brooks Concert, I had no clue what my experience would be like. I thought I wouldn't be into it. I also didn't know that it would be an experience of a life time. I started looking up his songs and figuring out which ones I knew. I didn't know many but I was still excited.

I knew I was going to the concert before my brother did. It was super hard to keep myself from telling my brother, but I did. My brother was just as excited as I was. We kept reminding each other how far away it was. My brother's girlfriend was also coming with. She was just as excited as all of us.

The day finally came. It was November 7, 2014. It was a quite a chilly night. My mother ordered tickets for a place to park, we got to the parking ramp and eventually found a place to park. There was not many people in the parking ramp, but with a truck it is a little harder to maneuver in the tight corners. We put all of our guns in the back seat so they could get locked in and no one could steal them. We had guns because we were going to my grandparents house right after to go deer hunting.

Even though the car was parked about a mile away from the Target Center, it was still an exciting walk. We did not know where the target center was from the Parking Ramp, so my brother took out his phone and used his navigator to figure out where we were going. We passed by these older gentleman that started talking to my dad and told him he looked like someone from Duck Dynasty. It was funny because we always tell my dad that he does look like he belongs on Duck Dynasty because of his beard.

Well, we were almost to the target center when we heard these sirens blaring. Coming from a small town, you don't hear them to often. We looked and looked and could not find where they were coming from so we just kept walking. We saw a sign that said "A Christmas Carol" and me and my mother are in that same play at a small theater in a town close to our hometown. My mother and I are going to go watch it if we do not have a performance at that time.
