Walking down the mountain, you feel the fear take over. How would everyone react? Guns are legal, and... Well, anyone could be carrying one just in case. Would they call the cops? Would they imprison monsters? Would they give them a chance?

"(Y/N)."

A voice snapped you out of it. Asgore wore a concerned face. "Would you accept the duty of being our ambassador? I know it is a big deal, but you are the person with more human knowledge here," Asgore reasoned.

"Uh..." You didn't know what to say... You were sure you were going to mess up with something, and knowing how delicate the first impression was...

"You will do fine, my dear," Toriel reassured.

Well, it's not as if you had anything better to do, and since Frisk was only eleven, humans wouldn't really trust what they say.

"...Okay," you say, trying to sound confident. "I will try my best."

"Wonderful!" Asgore smiled, pleased.

Reaching the beginning of the city, you gulp. No one has spoken much throughout the journey there; the tension was tangible. Right after that thought reached your mind, there's a scream, followed by quick steps. Looking at the source of the sound, a child was running away as fast as they could. Soon after, windows, terraces and blinds were being opened, eyes fixed on you. Not knowing what to do, you look at Asgore, who was by your side. His face carefully displayed calmness, however, you could notice how he was fidgeting with one hand.

"HUMANS! HELLO! YOU ARE BEING BLESSED BY THE FIRST MONSTERS TO COME TO THE SURFACE," Papyrus waved at everyone, excited.

Frisk stepped forward. "We need to go to the town hall. We will meet the mayor and we will talk there."

Nodding, Asgore followed Frisk, who led the way.

"Sans?" You call.

"yeah?"

"You have already gone through this, right?" You ask, concerned.

"well, yes."

"...Will it be okay?"

"..."

"Did Frisk reset because it didn't go well?"

"..."

"Sans?"

Sirens were approaching, and soon, the police were aiming at you with their guns. Reporters gathered around the recently placed police tape, going on live. Metatton's interest sparked at that and tried to get all the camera's attention.

"Hey, you! Move, don't you see the monsters?" A policeman yelled at you.

"What's happening?" A boy asked his mother.

"Who are these freaks?" A guy asked.

"There's a child with them! Lord save the child." An elder woman said.

"What is that girl doing, standing up for them?" A woman asked.

Asgore stepped forward, his trident hard on his grip.

"Do not move or we will open fire!" A policeman threatened.

Asgore dropped his trident as a sign of peace. "Now, young man. We do not mean any harm. Could you show us the way to your leader?" Asgore asked with a warm yet demanding voice.

An electric car stopped next to the police's ones. The mayor of the town, Athena, got off the car and approached. "Officer, lower the guns;  we wouldn't want them to be preparing an attack just in case, would we?"
