Chapter One
Alice woke up to the sound of her alarm beeping louder and louder the more she procrastinated to get out of her bed. She finally decided to force herself to get out of her bed when the loud noise was investing for her to hear this early. After that she slowly walked, still half asleep. When she reached the kitchen she just grabbed an apple and went back to her room. Alice took all the time she needed in the morning and almost always was late to school. She had a walking district so it took her even longer to get to school.
When she eventually got to school she reached the handle with the tips of her fingers and opened the glass door. As soon as she was inside she went over to her locker grabbed her books and raced to homeroom. Just as she sat down the bell rang loud and long. She sat next to her friends and they always talked the whole time. Today was no weird, odd day these things happened everyday. The rest of the day was normal events lined up with ordinary events. When the bell rang indicating that every student is dismissed Alice grabbed all the books she needed from her locker and headed out.
When she was walking along the concrete stairs outside of the school her friend ran up to her.
"Wait up Alice!" She practically yelled catching her breath.
Alice stopped walking and waited for her best friend, Maddie. When Maddie caught up she grasped for oxygen and then started talking non stop about everything she could. Maddie was very outspoken and talked as much as she got the chance. The only thing that Alice really was listening to was when Maddie announced a new guy was coming to their school. Alice couldn't wait she loved meeting new people and was thrilled to maybe have a new friend. Alice never took up a lot of the conversation but she took her fair share when she spoke with people.
When Alice got home she received a text from her boyfriend, Josh. He asked her if she was going to his football game. Of course she was she never missed a game. He didn't make all of her games but she didn't mind. She got ready for seeing the game. It was a big night for Josh if they won that game they go to championship so that meant Alice had to make it.
When she got to the home field she sat at the silver bleachers next to a group of her friends. Alice, of course, cheered the football team on and alway kept her eye on the game. She knew all Josh would talk about was the game so she had to know what he was talking about.
After the game was over Alice ran over to Josh and hugged him the kissed him on the cheek and congratulated him on winning. Josh said thanks then on the way home they talked about her game. Again today was any normal day this is how it always was.
