The Party

**Darcy's POV

I'd finally finished unpacking my clothes into my closet and Daisy had let me borrow her spare sheets as I'd forgotten to pack some. Avani and Addison had helped me organise my closet and were currently sprawled on the mattress on the floor.

"Done," I huff, jumping onto the mattress,

"Yay! I can't believe you're living here now," Addison smiles,

+

"I know!"

+

"Ryland seems happy about it," Avani says,

+

"You really think so?"

+

"Girl, did you not see the way he reacted when he saw you?" Addison laughs,

"Nick says he's not stopped talking about you," Avani giggles,

+

"Anyway," Addison says, "Tayler and Bryce are throwing a house party tonight so we need to start getting ready."

It was 9pm and people had started to arrive. The girls were all in Charli and Dixie's room getting ready when we started to feel the vibrations from the speakers downstairs.

"Everyone ready to go down?" Kouvr asks looking at her phone,

"I am," I say as I finish applying some gloss to my lips.

+

I link arms with Kouvr and we all head downstairs. We weave our way through the mass of people to the kitchen and grab a drink each. Daisy takes a few selfies with us all before running up to one of her friends that just arrived.

"You guys made it," Nick jokes as he leans over to refill his drink,

+

"What do you mean? We live here.." Dixie asks confused,

+

"Yeah but it took you long enough to get ready,"

+

"And you can see why," she says gesturing towards our outfits and makeup,

+

"Yeah you all look amazing," he says as he looks us all up and down. His eyes link with mine for a few seconds until his attention gets pulled towards Tony, who's just started dancing ontop of the kitchen island.

We all start laughing and recording him but I can't helping thinking in the back of my mind what it would feel like to kiss Nick. But then I look across the room and see Ryland and that thought instantly leaves my mind. He catches me looking over at him and he gestures to go outside. I top up my drink and head towards the pool.

"Hey gorgeous," he smirks taking my hand in his,

"Hey," I blush,

+

"You look stunning,"

+

"Stop!" I giggle, "You're making me blush."

+

His index finger lifts my head and our eyes lock. His eyes flicker to my lips and we slowly get closer and closer, before I know it our lips are connected and we're slowly but surely making out. I'm actually making out with Ryland Storms... and it's the best feeling. Wolf whistles come from inside and we pull away to see Tayler, Bryce and Addison clapping and cheering. I laugh and bury my head into his chest embarrassed. He presses his lips onto my forehead before Bryce pulls him away.

"Oh my gosh.. DARCY!!" Addison squeals running up to me,

"How did that just happen?" I ask a little shocked at what had just happened,

+

"It was so cute!! I wish Tony would kiss me," she sighs looking over at the huge group of guys that's gathered next to the pool,

"Ads!! You like Tony?"

"Shhh!! He'll hear you!"

+

I laugh and pull her back inside for another drink. We find the rest of the girls and get more and more drunk. 'Don't Start Now' by Dua Lipa comes on and we all start doing the various Tik Tok dances to the right parts of the song until Dixie and Daisy trip over each other and fall to the ground. We all start laughing so hard we end up on the floor.

"What's going on?" Alex laughs as he pulls Kouvr up.

We all break out into laughter again pointing at Dixie and Daisy .

It soon starts to get quiet and everyones sprawled across the lounge on the floor, beanbags and sofas stuffing our faces with pizza and chicken nuggets. Kouvr grabs a box of nuggets and races upstairs followed by Alex to bed. Addison and Tony have disappeared and I can't help but feel like they're together. Most of the lads have fallen asleep and the girls have slowly drifted off to bed. Rylands hand slowly strokes up and down my thigh and I can feel him looking at me. I stand up and head upstairs, as I reach the top of the stairs I look back down to see his stare following me. I giggle biting my bottom lip and head towards my room.

As soon as I open my door I'm slowly pushed inside and the door shuts behind me. Before I can turn around I'm pushed up against the wall and my lips are pressed against someone else's. Just by the feeling the kiss gives me I can tell its Ryland. My hands make their way to the back of his neck and into his hair, one of his hands is pressed against the wall and he other is wrapped around my waist pulling me into him. I pull away to catch my breath to be greeted by his goofy smile.

"I can't believe I'm kissing you," he mumbles.

+

I pull his head back to mine and restart the make out session. His hands go down past my back and onto my butt gesturing for me to jump, I jump up and wrap my legs around his waist. He walks over to my bed and lays me down, his kisses then trail down my body...
