Chapter 22

My phone rang. It was Andrew.

"Yeah," I answered.

"Hey, we all are meeting in the coffee shop to study for the Science test. Wanna come?" Andrew asked.

"Sure! I'll be there soon," I said as I grabbed my purse and headed to my car.

I drove there and saw Marie, Amber, Maxine, and Andrew drinking some coffee waiting for me.

"Hey guys! Thanks for inviting me," I said as I got some coffee.

"Ok, so ions are when two atoms form to one," Amber said.

"No! That's a chemical bond!" Maxine told her.

"I'm gonna fail this test!" Amber said as Marie nodded slowly.

"No, we have been here for literally five minutes," Andrew said.

"It takes time to study, lets study the next chapter," Marie said as she flipped the page.

We studied until 1:00 then I had to get home.

"Hey! Where were you?" Brian said as I went into my room. He was sitting in my office chair.

"Studying with friends," I answered.

"Cool, wanna go to the movies?" He asked.

"Sure," I answered as I looked up movie times.

After the movie we went to get ice cream.

"Uh, mint chocolate chip sundae," I told the waitress as Brian ordered.

"What are you guys doing here?" Mackenzie shrieked as we sat down.

"Being baptized, what do ya think?" I
Said as Brian laughed and quickly covered it with a cough.

"What ever, you guys aren't allowed to be here, especially in THOSE clothes," Mackenzie whined.

"Whatever, and why are dressed like a tacky flight attendant? Are you here to eat ice cream or pass out peanuts," I glared at Mackenzie as Brian tried to hide his laugh, but failed.

Mackenzie scowled and stormed off.

I went home and went to bed. It was Sunday.

"Monday here I come!
