-- It looks like I'm back in business guys. I'm sorry for my inactivity and I hope that what I post today and what I posted yesterday can make up for it a little bit. I hope you enjoy this new story--
Akari P.O.V.
I yawn as I stare at my phone, looking at memes at 4 in the morning. Nothing unusual for me. My phone buzzes and a message drops down from the top of my screen. From Maya.
Maya (>^<)- Yo! Check your email!!! You won't believe it!!!
Me *.* - Ok... Why..?
Maya (>^<)- Just do it!!!
Me *.* - Fine..... -_-
I groan and login to my email. One new email is sitting in my inbox. I click on it, ready to send it to the thrash when I read who sent it.
Dear Mr./Ms.____________ Your transfer and enrollment paperwork have been accepted. Congratulations on passing the Ouran Private Academy Entrance Exam. The staff are ecstatic to see that we will have a new student in the classroom. Waiting for your arrival.
-The Headmaster
Wait. What?! I took that test on a whim!! I didn't think I'd actually pass!!!
Me *.* - OMG!!! I PASSED!!!!
Maya (>^<)- I DID TOO!!!!! Not only are we moving to Japan together, we're going to a prestigious school together!!!
Me *.* - That's insane..... Mind blown ^o^
Maya (>^<)- I know!! I'm so excited!!
Me *.* - Have you packed everything?
Maya (>^<)- Yeah..... I packed my clothes that fit and are big on me... I packed my wax melter...... I packed my good books, donated the rest..... I packed 3 good pairs of shoes, sneakers, sandals, and dress shoes... I packed my 3 fave pillows and 4 fave blankets.....
Me *.* - Only the necessities.. Nothing more, nothing less. It costs more to move more overseas.
Maya (>^<)- I know I know....
Me *.* - Good. I'll meet you at the airport in a few hours.
Maya (>^<)- Yup!!
I yawn once more, and roll out of bed. I slump to my mirror and fix my unruly hair, tying it in a knot on the top of my head. I step into the bathroom and brush my teeth and wash my face. I head back into my room to get dressed, changing into the comfiest clothes possible for the plane ride. I look around my almost empty apartment and smile. "Goodbye old pal. You kept me warm during winters, and relatively cool during summers, but I'm not going to miss you. At all. Whatsoever." I nod my head, grab my suitcase and head out the door. It takes a good two hours to take the bus to the airport, so it works out.
I sit at the bus stop, waiting for the bus when my phone buzzes again. It's another email, asking about my measurements and what dress size I normally wear. I pause and think for a moment then send an email back. They probably want to have our uniforms ready before we arrive.
The bus pulls up and I step onto the metal death trap, or so Maya likes to call it, and take a seat near the middle of the bus, away from all of the creepers. I put my earbuds in and play some music while I watch the world blur past the window.
