Chapter Thirty-Five

Alex's POV
I ran at them. They started shooting me with the bullets they had left. I grabbed a guy and threw him against the wall really hard. They then started to swarm me so I used my powers and they all flew off and there was either dead or knocked out soldiers lying on the floor. We stepped over them and opened the next door. "Jace?" I asked Pepper and Tony's two year old son. "Aunty Awex?" Jace asked. "It's me. I got you baby. It's ok." I said picking him up and putting him on my hip. "We've got two kids." I said into my coms. "Out of six?" Steve asked. "We're working here Rogers." I growled. "Who do you have?" Pepper asked. "Jace and James." I said. "No sign of the others?" T'challa asked. "There's still some rooms that we're pretty sure the kids are in. "Hold on." I whispered. I opened the door after giving Jace to Nat and told her to get back. I opened the door a crack and looked in. It was an experiment room and guess who was on the chair. "Carmen." I whispered. The scientists were about to give her a drug but I blasted them away. I broke the glass window and killed them all. "She's mad." Nat said. "Good." Tony said. "What do you mean good?! That's bad!" Steve said. "You have no brains Cap." Tony said. I held Carmen close as I moved all the soldiers out of my way by killing them. "Yep it helps but I suggest not getting in her way." Nat said. "You do realize I can hear all of you right?" I asked. Nat rolled her eyes. I chuckled. I opened the next door and it was another experiment room. I opened the door unnoticed again. Peter was strapped to the chair. "This should block them." A scientist said and before he could get Peter I killed them all. "Pete?" I asked. "Mom?" He asked weakly. "I need someone to come help Peter." I said. "On my way." Proper said. I got him off the chair and managed to drag him out of the room. "Pepper." I said in relief. "Take him back to the Quinjet?" I asked. She nodded and took Jace knowing me and Nat were good to fight with Carmen and James. "Three down three to go." I said notifying everybody. "Good." Steve said. I walked to the next door. I heard screaming on the other side. "T'challa." I whispered. "Sister?" He asked. "I'm gonna need your help." I said. "B***ards." T'challa spat knowing Shuri was on the other side of the door. "You open and attack and I'll get her out." I said. He nodded. "Ready when you are." He said as I gave Carmen to Nat. "Now." I growled. He kicked the door down and tackled the guy on top of Shuri. I helped her up while killing anyone coming towards us. "You shouldn't have done that!" I heard Nat yell. The room was now full of killed soldiers as T'challa carried Shuri back to the Quinjet. "What?" I asked when I got out of the room. "You really shouldn't have." T'challa said. "What happened?" I asked. "They took Carmen." Nat said. I growled. There was soldiers blocking my path. Millions of them. "You really shouldn't have." I growled. "I'm gonna take James back to the Quinjet." Nat said. I nodded. "Go ahead." I said as T'challa left with Shuri. I laughed when they started to shoot at me. "There's millions." Nat said. "She needs to get out of there." Tony said. "She's after angry. Like she's fuming. They took Carmen again." She said. "Oh no." Clint said. I first made them think that I was tired and weak by letting them pile on top of me before I used my powers and they all got blown off. The remaining soldiers tried to fight me. I just moved them out of my way. It was like I was back. Soon enough they were all dead on the floor. I walked into the next room and saw Carmen on an experiment chair again. "Don't touch her!" I yelled as a scientist was about to give her a shot. "Rea-." The dude was cut off because I killed him. They were all dead on the floor as I got Carmen out of the chair. "Who do we have left?" I asked. "Morgan." Pepper said. I nodded as I got to the next room. "Morgoona?" I asked as I got to the next room. "Aunty Alex?" She asked. I smiled. "Hey." I said. "Come on. We're getting you out of here." I said. She shook her head crying. "They'll come again." She said. "Who?" I asked crouching down to her level while still holding Carmen. "You'll always be ours." She said. My eyes widened in realization. "They took you?" I asked. She nodded crying. "They never will. Not again. And you're not theirs." I said hugging her. "Tony." I said. "What?" He asked. "She's here. You need to come get her." I said. "On my way." He said. "Morgoona?" Tony asked walking through the door in his suit. "Daddy!" She yelled jumping into his arms. He grabbed onto her and flew out. "The leader?" I asked as I flew out with a surprisingly sleeping Carmen. I saw us fighting and we were outnumbered. I put Carmen on the Quinjet next to James and walked out. "Nat?" I asked. "I'm here." She said panting. "There's to many." Steve said. "Even Bruce's getting tired." Clint said. "Where's Thor?" I asked. "Asgard." Clint said. "Of course he is. Ok. Hold on." I said as I levitated and my hands and eyes glowed purple. "You'll always be ours." They all said which confused the rest of them. I collected as much of my power as I could and threw it at all of them. "I never was." I growled. "I believe you were." The leader said. Tony was holding onto him. "You hurt her didn't you?" I growled grabbing him by the neck. "No." He said. "Didn't you?!" I yelled choking him. "I did." He said. I growled as I squeezed his neck tighter. "Who are they?" Pepper asked. "The Black Leopards." I whispered glaring at the leader. "Remember me?" He asked. "How could I not?" I growled. "You knew." He said. "Of course I did. I had to undo it." I said. "Why don't we just take him to the interrogation room?" Steve asked. "Alex?" Tony asked. "Sure. But I watch him." I growled dragging the guy to the Quinjet. "It's my turn." I growled. He paled considerably. I smirked.

Surprise! I was like they can't get back together just yet because even if Carmens there, Clint still cheated on her. That's why I put the just friends. Friend zoned B*tch!
