You are the reason I watch romantic comedies,
to satisfy my curiosities.
About the ways to learn from the screen,
with you, I want to replay my favorite scene.
I want you to make me believe
that love is something I can still achieve.
That feelings are something sweet,
and so I wish to feel complete.
With you in my head, I begin to wonder.
Should I call my friends to get me your phone number,
just to never reach out to you.
It is one of the few crazy things I do.
Why am I infatuated?
Do my emotions need to be reevaluated?
Maybe I should embrace
the truth and hide, just in case.
In case you ever find out
that is where I till fade out.
If someone tells you
I leave, I do not wish to overwhelm you.
No matter how your presence makes me blush.
To me, you are just a crush
