Aria was awoken at two in the morning by sudden cries of her baby. Jimmy ended up coming over but Aria insisted on him sleeping in the guest room or the floor. He chose the floor so he could hear the baby's cries. Aria reached over and turned on the her lamp. Jimmy got up from the floor and grabbed Viviana.
"She's not wet," Jimmy told Aria as he checked the baby's diaper. "I think she's just hungry."
"Alright," Aria sat crisscross on the bed and propped a pillow on her lap to lie the baby there, while she breastfed her. Jimmy handed her Viviana and she lifted up her shirt. She felt Jimmy's gaze on her, "What?" Aria looked up at him.
"Nothing." Jimmy replied and sat next to her.
Aria sighed, trying battle her tired eyes. "We actually need to talk."
"About?" Jimmy questioned.
"Football season is back on.. And you don't live here anymore. You'll be traveling a lot-"
"What are you saying?"
"We need a schedule Jimmy. I bet you don't even have a nursery at your house." Aria stated trying to stay calm.
"Because I just moved in there! Shit Aria, I didn't expect to get a divorce and have my world turn upside this quick!" Jimmy argued.
"Can you not raise your voice, there's a newborn in here." Aria scolded him.
"I don't want to take her back and forth from my place to yours. She shouldn't be out like that," Jimmy sighed in frustration. "How about when I'm in San Francisco, I stay in one of the guest rooms."
"What about your home wrecker?" She challenged.
"I'll work something out with her." Jimmy said.
"You're not bringing her in this house."
"She's already pissed at me that I came and spent the night here!"
Aria was taking back. Did he really say that? "Then that's your problem James. Is it some girl who dresses like a tramp? Or your newborn daughter?" Aria seen Viviana was done and gently burped her. She didn't even realize she'd began to cry. Feeling the tear roll down her face, she couldn't even look at Jimmy.
"Aria-"
"Maybe you should go." She sniffled.
"I'm not gonna leave you.." He whispered and wiped her face. If she didn't have Viviana, she could have pulled back and probably slapped him.
The rest of the night, the duo would get up every two hours to tend to their baby. Neither said a word to each other, they put their focus toward Viviana. Aria woke up the next morning, no sign of Jimmy. He must've left for workout. She checked on her baby and seen her still sleeping. She quickly hopped in the shower and cleaned up the room before Viv woke up.
A couple hours later, she heard the front door open and appeared Giovanna, George, Alyssa, and Nick.
"Hey," Aria greeted all her friends.
"Aweee" all her friends were adoring Viviana.
"Can I hold her?" Giovanna asked.
"Of course." Aria handed the baby over.
"She's so cute!" Giovanna gushed over Viv.
"Damn, you did good Ari." Nick joked.
"I tried my best," Aria chuckled.
"She is the perfect combination of you and Jimmy." Giovanna added.
"Speaking of Jimmy," Alyssa said. "How's that going?"
