Such a Morning

Special Chapter: Prank

"So, how would I do my prank?" Lav asked.

The girls looked at her, all of them thinking of a bright idea. Lav came home and started setting the camera beside the television. She had just called Arjay over for a late dinner. Earlier today, Eve and Tamra helped with the make up of her fake lovebite in her neck. And now she's waiting for Arjay to arrive.  After the doorbell rang, Lav's prank started for real.

"Hey baby" Lav greeted, smiling at Arjay.

Arjay went inside the house, closing the door and giving Lav a kiss.

"Took you so long" Lav said.

"I had to wait for Ara to sleep" Arjay replied.

"That's okay" Lav said.

Both Lav and Arjay went to sit on the couch in front of the opened television. What was on the television is some random sports show that even Lav isn't interested on.

"I'll get something in my room" Lav said.

"Okay" Arjay replied.

Lav stood up and went inside of her room, leaving her phone with a piece of paper underneath. Written in the paper, "Had fun yesterday. Call me again. +1-800-9343-7396 -Kyle ".

Inside the room, Lav had decided that she need help now, so using another phone, she contacted Eve, since Tamra's number is the one on the paper.

"Hello, Lav" Eve greeted, after picking up the call.

"Where's Tam?" Lav asked.

"Wait a second" Eve answered.

"Hello, Lav" Tamra greeted.

"You can call my phone now" Lav said.

"What like seriously now?" Tamra asked.

"Yup, and I'll keep this call on so you can hear what is happening" Lav answered.

"What's the cue of the other call?" Tamra asked.

"When he notices the hickey already" Lav answered.

"Okay, got it" Tamra said.

After ending the conversation, Lav went down with a blanket in her hand, just the same time as the call was conducted.

"Someone's calling" Arjay said, looking at Lav's phone.

Lav looked at her phone and took it from the table. The contact says, Kyle. She briefly answered it.

"Hey" Lav said, pausing for a while, "Nah, I'm free. I just checked my schedule you know. Friday night sure".

While the call is going on, Arjay sat still on the couch, listening carefully at Lav. Trying to figure out who might the person on the other side be. Soon the call ended and Lav placed her phone back atop of the paper.

"Who was that?" Arjay asked,

"Just Tam" Lav answered, spreading the blanket and throwing it over her and Arjay.

Being a gentleman he is, Arjay immediately helped and shortly afterward cuddled Lav close to him. Then they decided to play Blue Valentine from Netflix.

Getting to the half of the movie, Lav switched position and purposely flipped her hair, revealing her fake lovebite to Arjay's eyes.

"Lav.." Arjay called, making her look at him, "What is that in your neck?"

"What?" Lav asked,

"That in your neck" Arjay answered, trying to point out the fake lovebite.

Lav pretended not to know, she took her phone and opened the camera to serve as a mirror. Then she tried to examine the thing in her neck.
