i'm honestly so in shock lucy and i are having a baby. it was so soon. we've been together for a year and now we're having an addition to the family.

i was with ariana for 6 years and nothing this crazy never happened.

don't get me wrong lucy just made me the happiest man alive with the news of us having a mini me or mini her on the way.

at the same time both news will be a big shock to my father.

at this point he'll just have to suck it up because nothing he does or says is going to change my plans.

i suddenly picked up my phone to call him.

"hello", my dad said.

"hello dad", i said.

"long time no talk", dad said, "i knew you would come to your senses"

"look dad", i said, "i just called you to let you know i want you to come over to finally meet my girlfriend and so i can tell you some important news"

"not a chance", my dad said, "if that's all you needed to tell me then have a nice day son take care"

"well since i'm obviously not going to argue with you all you need to know is that lucy as in lucy hale is my girlfriend and we're having a baby. we're going to marry and i'll be sending you updates if you decide to finally grow up and be humble and see that everyone is the same", i said, "goodbye dad"

i didn't want to hear it so i just hung up right after i said what i had to say.

now i can move on with my life.

yes him being there for me will make me complete, but we know that's never going to happen if he doesn't change the way he sees life and people.

everything is just happening so fast.

a baby that is going to change my whole life around is on the way. and in 2 weeks i'm finally going to seal the deal with this fishy company. a company that for some reason my dad refuses for me to cancel the bet.

i just hope it doesn't keep me busy to the point i can't go to lucy's check ups, at the same time i'm not going to allow that to happen. i'll lose my job if i have to.

all we have to do is take it easy.

"hi babe", lucy said laying down next to me.

"missed me?", i said.

she lays next to me and says, "yes that's why i came back instead of emptying your pantry and fridge out"

"those baby cravings are going to kill me", i said chuckling.

"they're going to get worse", she said, "so please deal with us i know we're a handful"

"oh baby", i said laughing, "what am i going to do with you"

"love me, feed me, never leave me", she said.

"well", i said, "let me know in advance when your appointments are to take the day off and make sure to cancel any plans you have friday because we're going out of town"

"oh my", she said, "what for?"

"for a beautiful getaway", i said smiling at the thought.

days like these are rare to get.

she just smiles and says "i'd love that"

"oh and if works too much for you", i said, "you better let me know so you can quit i don't want it to affect the baby"

not that she needs the job anyways.

i know school and work can be a very handful and i don't need nor want her to go through that.

"i will don't worry", lucy said, "but that means i won't see you as much"

"i know", i said, "but i want the both of you to be okay and healthy"

i rubbed bellow her belly excited for the day till i meet our child.

"in that case I'll just take my classes in your office", she said, "at least here and there don't want to suffocate you either"

"never that", i said laughing, "we've been living together for 7 months and haven't killed each other surprisingly"

"that's very true", lucy said laughing.

"when should we tell our parents and nana the news?", i asked.

"well since were leaving Friday i think we should tell them tomorrow or thursday", lucy said.

"the sooner the better so tomorrow it is", i said.

"stop for a second", i said, "this is all too sudden where are we going and how are we going to get there"

good question. honestly the whole idea of us having a getaway is to have peace of mind for a day.

at the same time i am justin bieber something will come up.

"don't question it, just go with it", i said with a wink.

"your call", lucy said shrugging.

"since you're obviously not hungry i'll be back", i said, "I'm going downstairs to eat and talk to nana for a bit"
