"What'd you mean you're giving your dorm to Accia?" Kiyana screams.
Throwing her book bag on her shoulder, she shrugs, "Accia needs the space."
"But, I asked first," Kiyana stomps her foot.
"Did you?" Tanzay tilts her head to the left.
Kiyana's eyes widen, "yes, I did. Don't act like you don't remember, Tanzay."
"Well, I don't. It's so hard to remember things like that with the drama I've got going on," she walks down the hall with Kiyana on her heels.
"that's just like you, Tanzay..."
Accia shoulder checks Kiyana, shutting her up, "this is so sweet of you, Tanzay."
Tanzay grins, "I know how crowded your place was getting. So, I thought why not."
Catching Tanzay off guard, Accia hugs her. Warmed, she hugs her back.
"I appreciate it."
"No problem." Tanzays phone chimes. "hello?" She answers.
"Tanzay, it's Jalyssa."
"Oh, hey. What's up?"
"There's been a change of plans."
Tanzay raises her brows as sweat beads trickle down her sides, "umm, what do you mean?"
"We want you to take the guest house out back instead of being in one room. You'll have a whole house to yourself," the excitement in Jalyssa's voice squeaks. "Xaemon reminded me it was back there. It's got all the works. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms."
"That sounds wonderful. I'd love that," Tanzay nods.
"Whew," Jalyssa jokes, "I was hoping you would. You're still a young lady who needs her own space."
"Thank you again," Tanzay smiles.
"You're welcome. See you at dinner."
"See ya." She hangs up.
"What was that about?" Kiyana nosey ass asks.
"Business," Tanzay jumps. "How long you been standing there?"
"The whole time."
Tanzay knew she didn't say anything incriminating.
"Kiyana," she begins but walks past her, not wanting to waste her time.
Kiyana follows closely, "where will you be staying since you're giving Accia your dorm?"
"That's none of your business."
"Why not? Accia and I would love to visit you sometime." Kiyana schemes.
"Wouldn't we, Accia?"
Accia snaps out of her own mind, "huh? I would."
"See..."
"But, I'd be too busy with my work. I'd be able to meet for lunch, but partying is something that's last now," Accia speaks up now realizing what's going on.
"What?" Kiyana yells not believing her ears. "But, you've been my party buddy for a long time now."
"Along with you D.D. I want to do better and with bigger space, I can." Accia smiles. "Partying can wait."
Kiyana gasps, scrunching her face up, "This is so fucking stupid. I'm tired of you acting brand new every time Tanzay is around," she points her finger in Accia's face. "I'm tired of the fakery." She storms off.
"What fakery is she talking about?" Tanzay questions.
"I've got no clue. She's always trying to start some bullshit," Accia begins to walk with Tanzay.
