Safe after a long time

Previously: After looking at him she did something unexpected. she drew her hand through his raven hair when he suddenly opened his eyes quickly. He looked shocked for a second " what are you doing?" He said his voice sounding husky from the nap. She quickly dragged her hand of his hair and blushed. What was I doing?

Hinata's POV:
What am i gonna say? Why did I do it? I look up from my hands and see him staring at me. I look into his dark black eyes who still look tired.
" You had an insect on your hair so I removed it". I say calmly still looking into his eyes.
"Hnn..." He says while turning his head against the sky. That's it? Did he believe it? I sigh quietly and also turn my head against the sky. What now? Are we supposed to stay quiet or is he waiting for me to say anything? I turn my gaze to his face. He's still looking up, it seems like his thinking about something? Maybe I should just go? And what was he doing sleeping beside me?! Did he not see me, no he must have. He wasn't that shocked to see me. As i still ask these questions in my head sasuke notice me starring at him and turn his gaze from the sky to my face.
"What are you looking at?" His bored voice startled me and I meet his eyes before turning to look up at the sky again.
" Nothing" i answer shortly hoping he doesn't ask more or start leaving.
" Hn, really..." Thats it he doesnt say more. I start to notice that the sun starting to go down. its really beautiful... Wait a minute, I look up to the clock thats on the school building.
"SHIT I'M LATE!" I say a little to high. Sasuke who was startled by my sudden voice looked up at me confused.
" Late? Why are you late? Did you have to be home in a special time by your parents?" He asks while I grab my book that's on the ground that I read before falling asleep. I grab my bag and put the book in it, still not bothering to answer Sasukes question. Which he was very anxious about. As I picked up the last of my stuff and was about to run I feel someone grab me by my wrist. I turn around and see an irritated Uchiha.
" Answer the damn question." He looks really angry but why? Is he really used too get what he wants.
" I'm late for work, now if you excuse me I haft to go" I say trying to get free from his grip but he doesnt let go of my hand.
" Work? What kind of work?" He sounds shocked. Wait a minute, that's right! We're not allowed to work on school days.
" I really don't have time for this I'm gonna get fired and I can't afford that!" I say while looking at him whit despair.
" And please don't tell anyone especially the teachers!" I add.
" Fine but now you owe me again." He says while loosening the grip on my hand. I just nod and say "Thank you" really fast and start to run towards the bus stop. And lucky enough the last buss came just in time. I sit in the back and see that it's only a guy and an old couple in the bus. As I sit down I look out of the window. What's going on really?

The boss forgave me for being an hour late and didn't fire me. I sighted in relief. I put on my work clothes and served the guest, the work went smoothly but under the whole time one person was on my mind. I was scared, what if he doesn't keep his promise? What if he tells the whole school about my work? The teachers are gonna make me quit or drop out of school. Or worse... What if they find out that I live on my own. No one knows that. And what if they make me go live whit my uncle again. I shook my head fast and felt like my head was going off. He won't do it, he promised me and I'm going to trust him this once. It's true I don't know anything about him but I feel like I can trust him...

I worked a little over to repay that time I came late and I didn't have any more work tonight. The sun had go down and the moon shined strongly. I love the sun but the moon makes me very calm and I enjoyed to walk under it. The streets were dark and quiet. No one was outside. I feelt like someone was watching me but I ignored it and started walking home. I wasnt really hungry and I by still had leftovers from yesterday in the fridge so she skipped going to the store and took the short cut by the park. She hummed a little to one of her favourite song her mom used to sing to her when she was little. Once again she felt a presence behind her, she stopped walking and held her breath truth be told she was scared. She turns her head but sees nothing she breath out. Maybe she was just paranoid. She turns her head to the front again and was just about to start walking when a strong hand grab her my her waist and another over her mouth. She panics! I try to struggle free but this man is too strong. Is this it? What is he going to do?
" shh.. There's no point in screaming you know. No ones going to come and help you. We're all alone here." His voice is dark and strong. Tears are staring to form in my eyes. He was right she was alone. She had no one, maybe it was for the best? Right then someone grabbed the man by his neck and tossed him on the ground. The man loosed the grip of me. I try to stay steady on my legs. I turn my head where the man was laying and over him was a guy.... And it was no one else than Sasuke. I was shocked, how... How did find me? And why? Sasuke was punching the guy in the face. It looked like the was trying to kill him.
" Sasuke stop! Don't kill him!" Sasuke stopped his fist in the air. He turned his head to her. His eyes were dark and filled whit anger and death. It kinda scared me but when he saw my crying face his face turned soft and he took his fist down. He got up from the man who looked like he was dead and started walking towards me. When he came up to me his eyes were not that scary anymore on the contrary I felt safe. My legs couldn't take it anymore and I was about to hit the ground if Sasuke hadn't catch me. I started crying again and Sasuke pulled me in a hug. I sobbed in his arm and I looked really pathetic but I didn't care he was here and I was safe.
" shh, your okay now I'm here I promise I will protect you." I didn't know if I could trust his voice but I just nodded and tighten my grip on his shirt. His voice made me feel safe.
" you little son of a bitch. You're gonna pay for this!!" The man was walking towards us whit a pocket knife in his hand. He started to run and Sasuke pushed me back and the knife touched his cheek. He punches the guy in the face and kicks him on the stomach. I must say Sasuke knows how to fight which is cool and terrifying. Sasuke takes the knife of the mans hand and throws it away. He checks if the man is unconscious before standing up. As Sasuke picks up the phone I walk towards the knife and pick it up. This is almost the same knife that killed my mother. I remember my mother screaming telling me to run and the guy with a black mask on and his one blue eye, the other one had a scarf on it. The blood from my mom and the guy who saved me from getting killed. I shake. All the painful memories of my mothers death. If only I wasn't so stupid back then she would still be alive. My mother would still be here. I tighten my grip on the knife a little to hard. Because blood from my hand starts running down but I just stare blankly on the knife. Sasuke who seems to have tighten the mans hands and foots looked for me when he noticed me he quickly ran towards me. He grabbed the knife out of my hands and throws it towards the garbed can.
" Oy, Hinata what is it? Are you okay?" He grabs both my shoulders and shakes them lightly.
"Hey snap out of it! Hinataa!" I wake up from my thoughts and look up at him. His beautiful black eyes that looks a little.... scared?
" Sasuke- kun....I..."
