As a woman who lives on the 21st century wherein technology is crucial, I couldn't help but Google myself.

When the news got out that I got kidnapped, I was hoping for at least a little sympathy towards my fellow Filipino citizens but instead, I received hateful remarks.

...some said that the kidnappers should have killed me instead.

They hold their grudge towards my family who promised to end the political dynasty in our country but ironic enough, majority of the congress are my relatives...may it be distant or not.

So, can I really blame our people for wanting me to be dead? I guess not.

I know there's a lot of people who'll be happy for my misery and I'm certain Nicholas will be the first to rejoice.

After all, his freedom is literally on my hands.

A week has passed by and I could not contain my excitement to finally be home. I can imagine myself indulging all the food that I've been deprived on ever since I got confined here.

It has also been a week since I've crossed paths with Nicholas. Despite showing his hatred towards our situation, he's been treating me well. I feel like I can actually deal with him being beside me but sometimes I couldn't help but wonder how he ended up on a binding spell at the first place. Can someone really have the ability to do such thing?

"Oi, human." I looked at him who's too occupied on watching his own reflection on the mirror. "Do you think that I look more attractive as you than you'll ever be?"

"What is that supposed to mean?" I asked him. I somehow felt offended...

Nicholas looked at me and smirked.

He transformed himself into me...with a bustier pair of boobies.

What. The. Hell.

"See? I look more attractive than you." Nicholas burst out laughing while his hands are squeezing the boobs. My cheeks flushed out of embarrassment.

It's already too much for me that he has bigger boobs than mine. I mean, I know that my boobs are flat but he doesn't have to humiliate me this away.

"Change back, idiot!" I yelled at him but he continued laughing diabolically.

"Ooh, I'm Claudia and I have a nice pair of...melons." He continued teasing me but it did no longer bother me which made him pause. "Hey, are you okay?"

I smiled at him which caught him off guard.

"Are you still not feeling well?" Nicholas added. He sounded unsure of his question.

"It's just...you called me by my name." I said. Nicholas shook his head in confusion like he's still in denial.

"Are we...leveling up our relationship, Nicholas?" I teased him and it's now his turn be flustered.

He stopped fooling around and he finally transformed back to himself.

"I got carried away..." He mumbled. "Whatever, human."

Someone knocked on the door and I hurriedly signaled Nicholas to disappear which he did without any hesitation.

"Ms. Renaldi, can I come in?" She sounded soft spoken yet threatening. Hmm... It's probably Linda.

"Yeah, come in." I said. The door swung open and my guess is right. "What do you want, Lin?"

"Nice to see you too, boss." Linda sarcastically said. She placed the pile of documents on the table and it was tons of it. "While you're recovering, the police finally found out the identities of the men who abducted you."
