When the studio opens again she stays after to see if Sammy is hiding anywhere. As she walks into the music room, she sees the garage-like door on the other side of the room
open and walks in. She gets grabbed from behind and her mouth covered by a tall black figure. “Why hello there little sheep”. She knows that voice. She has heard it many times before. It was Sammy! She accidentally swallows some of the ink from his hand and gets ink all over her arms.
She steps on his foot and tries to run to the door, but he grabs her by the hands and pulls her in breathing his hot breath and stench of ink that now covered him. She yells at him stating
“Sammy please. Its me, Emily”.
“I know”, he says is a low cooled voice. She struggles to get away but he has a tight grip on her and glides her hand to his face as she start to breath heavily. “Can you feel it. The cold
black abyss that I have had to suffer from. Its who I am now you know. There’s no going back. You can’t help me. You can’t escape. Soon you’ll understand it too.”
“Sammy please just let me go and I won’t tell anyone.”
“Even if I did you won’t make it out alive.”
“What? You mean bendy.”
“Of course I do. I can help you though. You could live like me for the rest of your life. We’re immortal. I can help you”
“No Sammy. I need to help you. This isn’t who you are. Please just come back. We can work it out”
“I don’t think so honey”
“Please Susie misses you. She’s worried.” Sammy immediatly stops and weakens his grip at the sound of his girlfriend’s name.
“S-Susie”
“Yes. She misses you. I talked to her the other day and she was crying her eyes out.” Sammy lets her go and stands still in his tracks. Emily backs away to the door.
“I’m not going back. This is my world now. I need to please the devil. I ‘sold my soul’ to him. To Joey. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go on blind. If you really want to survive,
which you won’t, don’t look back. Think for yourself. Don’t trust Joey even in the slightest. Let the world know of his dark side….. For me. For Susie. Now go before I change my mind.”
“Thank you Sammy”, Emily says as she runs off. As she runs to the elevator she starts to get dizzy. The world seems to be fading into space. She falls against the wall and starts to feel like her throat is blocked and starts to cough. She covers her mouth and sees she is coughing not blood but ink. As she tries to understand what is happening her eyes start to hurt and rubs them only to wipe away more ink coming out of her eyes. The ink stared to crawl up her arms turning her flesh to the cold dense liquid as she tried to reach the elevator. All of a sudden she feels a tight grip in her leg and hears a voice she would never forget: The raspy, low, animalistic, tone of a creature that could only be described
as a monster of Hell:“You should’ve stayed with Sammy, girly.”
And that was the last time she would ever see a chance of freedom.
