As most of you are aware this is a major topic this year due to COVID-19, I'm not going to however spread any conceptions or false hopes about it. Hope you're all well and maintaining social distance as stipulated.

Stated simply yet so meaningfully, depicting cure of body through cure of mind. Depression comes to mind for me, a ruinous state of mind many are afflicted with multitudes of causes and leading to physical and mental symptoms, which is, unfortunately, commonly underestimated.That's all for this chapter though, leave a comment and a vote!
