Zoella looked at him and smiled. He was asleep but she was his. Finally. No more having to lie to herself and others about how they are just friends or just the boy she sits next to on the bus. He had confirmed it, to his mum and Zoella's mum.
"Basic manners #1. It's rude to stare." Calum muttered. Zoella giggled and moved closer to him.
"I wasn't staring at you, not completely."
"I feel like we've had this conversation before."
"We have, in the English room."
"You made a lasting impression in that room." Calum said.
"A lasting impression." Zoella giggled.
"Your giggle is cute."
"Thanks. It took 17 years to master."
"Dear God. Why do I love you?" He laughed.
"You love me?"
"I tell you all the time."
"I didn't think you meant it that way."
"I thought you meant it that way." Calum said sitting up. Zoella followed.
"I do! I didn't think you did!"
"Of course I do Zoella!"
"I do too." She muttered. Calum cupped her face and smiled.
"I love you." He whispered.
"I love you too." She smiled kissing him.
But nothing good last forever.
