I just got home from work. It's 4:20am and I have to be up in an hour and forty minutes. I walked into my bedroom and crashed on my bed without a moments hesitation. I fell asleep seconds later without taking off my shoes or jeans. I did however muster up enough strength to tear off my jacket before I fell into unconsciousness. What felt like ten minutes later, James was kneeling next to my bed gently shaking my shoulder. "Aria, it's time to wake up." He whispered softly. Fuck my life. "Go. Away." I groaned, and I heard him chuckle next to me with his hand still on my shoulder. "Come on." He gave me one more gentle shove and then stood up and left. I slowly sat up in a sitting position with my legs dangling over the edge of the bed. After a few deep breaths and a minute of  preparing myself mentally for the day ahead, I stood up, went to the bathroom, did my hair, brushed my teeth and went to James' room. I had no desire to change my clothes, so I didn't. The boys were shuffling from the bedrooms, to the bathroom, to the other bedroom and back. We looked like a herd of zombies. Zombies with fashion sense. I laid in James' bed and waited while everyone else was getting ready. I noticed Reece sitting in Jake's bed texting and smiling at his phone like a weirdo. "Who the hell are you texting this early?" I eyed him suspiciously. He looked up from his phone and tried to hide his smile. "It's Meg." He admitted with a small blush. "Aaww." I smiled and he just shook his head and returned his attention back to his phone. I got up and sat down next to him on the bed. "So what's she like?" I asked curiously. "She's really cool actually. She's totally sweet and down to earth. I'm really glad we're talking." He smiled. I couldn't help but smile at his face. He looked really happy. I remember the first time I liked someone that much. I was seventeen and his name was Zachary. I thought I loved him but I was young, and stupid, and had no clue what love was. That was a really bad time for me. I was pulled from the thoughts of my old life by Jake sitting down next to me. "This is by far the worst part of being here." He said. "Agreed." I replied, clearly talking about having to wake up so early. The three of us sat there quietly, Jake and I just sitting there staring at the bottom of the bunk above our heads, and Reece still deep in conversation with Meg. Finally, when it was twenty minutes to seven, the boys and I stepped into the van and made our way to The X Factor studio. The day went by really slowly. When we got there, we completed our dress rehearsal then went to do a whole bunch of other random shit that I was barely awake for. I would tell you what we did if I remembered. I'm actually kind of worried, I'm already having trouble with my schedule and it just started. "Aria?" I snapped back to the real world and looked at Casey. "You gonna get out of the van?" He looked at me suspiciously. Only then did I notice we were already back at the house. What the fuck? Ok I seriously need more sleep. "Oh, yeah." I unbuckled and got out of the car. "Are you ok?" He grabbed my arm and turned me to look at him. "I'm fine, I'm just really tired. I'm gonna go upstairs and take a nap. See you later." I walked into the house, went upstairs, and fell asleep.

I woke up five hours later at 4:30pm and I felt a thousand times better. Other than the fact that I momentarily thought it was the next day, but quickly realized everything was fine and I didn't actually miss the show. I stumbled out of bed and went to go find the guys since we only have an hour and a half until we have to be back at the studio to get ready for the show. I finally found them in the game room, all sitting on and around the couch watching a soccer -I mean football- game. "She lives!" Barclay yelled when I walked in. All the guys glanced at me while I walked in and sat down next to Charlie on the floor. "You guys ready for tonight?" Jake asked us. We all nodded our heads a little hesitantly. "Wanna practice again? Just to be sure?" He asked us. This time we all agreed confidently and we practiced a few more times before leaving to perform on the live show.
