Hear Ye, Hear Ye,
The Eternal Court, calls for the Demon Kings of the Cardinal Directions,
Demon King Todoroki of the North,
Demon King Kirishima of the West,
Demon King Bakugo of the South,
And Demon King Midoriya of East,
to choose and wed in twelve months time, at the dawn of the new century.

At the Cardinal Summit, in order of arrival shall our kings be wed.

Kirishima scowled at the message. What was he supposed to do now? He'd avoided marriage this long, but he couldn't not be married at the Cardinal Summit, the biggest event of the century, specifically for the weddings! Oh, and he really did not want to marry a human. Those humans, they smelled weird, and they were horrible creatures. Eijiro— West, that is,— wasn't ever one to judge an entire group based on a small example, but he could never understand how humans could not just leave one another be!

He'd seen many wars, many hardships. Between North Todoroki and South Bakugo; they were rather opinionated and arguments weren't news when the two clashed. Himself, he'd never gotten along the most with the ever-stressed Demon King Deku of the east, preferring a more laid back setting himself and never understanding the former's minuscule problems. But humans, they went to war over even more trivial things. Not getting an ideal bride, assassinations, and other such avoidable war-trivialities. And as if killing each other wasn't enough, they harmed countless horses, cattle, and animals. That was truly an event worth crying over.

Humans brought destruction to nature everywhere. Would he wed one? One that would hurt his precious dragon, Rocky? One that would irk him through hurting the animals closest to his heart? Kirishima wasn't about to go into the human world. If anything, he would go to his good friend Katsuki, but first he would feed Rocky in the forest, hunting some game large enough for both Rocky and Kirishima. But not like those damned humans. Any animal killed in the ways of humans would be considered slaughtered, in Kirishima's eyes.

"Rocky! Here, boyo, here!" Kirishima called fondly. A roar replied back in his head. "What a good dragon!" Rocky was not indigenous to the rocky mountains of the west, rather he was a present from King Bakugo of the South.

Throughout his life, Kirishima had become rather good friends with Todoroki North and Bakugo South. Though he never interacted with Midoriya East very much; they were on opposite sides of the Cardinal System and even if he did want to talk to him, Midoriya had become more and more reserved and feared over the centuries. Kirishima decided that he'd only know how the Eastern king was doing after his rather extensive reprieve from socialization.

Sighing as though to clear his mind of worries, Demon King Eijiro mounted his gifted Rocky, and smiled widely. "Let's head to the forest, Rocky. And make sure, loud growls to scare the Humans!"

"Scare Hoomans!!! Fun!!" The dragon growled, but Kirishima heard the words in the back of his head. A phenomenon that came from immortality.

"Hup! Off to the Wood!" Kirishima couldn't ever think straight when he was flying on Rocky. It was so... relieving. The wind rushed his horns and the scales that popped up like teeth from his back and arms guided him away from danger... most of the time, anyway. They couldn't always control what Kirishima's senses said, and certainly could never control the undeniable beast that was Rocky. So of course, when Rocky landed in the wood, and growled out in pain, Kirishima felt at fault. "Ohh, no!! Rocky, my baby!"

He cooed at the dragon, and hopped off. "What happened!" In a panic, Kirishima Eijiro scrawled around and made sure different spots on his poor dragon were okay. "Won't you tell me what's wrong?!"
