Izuku's POV

To my unlucky surprise I was dragged off to ground Beta with 1-A for their next training exercise.

"Next is battle field analysis, there is a bank robbery in action. The police have arrived on scene to find that the robber has three people captive, and have call hero's in for back up. Midoriya will act as the acting officer, the rest of you will follow his orders. Katsuki I am expecting no problems out of you. This is how the real world works here. The exercise being now and I will offer no further assistance. The cardboard cut outs will act as the police of scene move them around appropriately." Aizawa said before walking off

'Shit' I thought to myself as I started mumbling under my breathe

"Hey Deku" Kachan yelled breaking me out of my little self rent. I glanced up at him expecting him to yell at me saying how me wasn't going to listen to what ever I have to say because I am a quirkless looser but he did quite the opposite

"What's the plan officer?" He asked crossing his arms. I nodded at him and gave it one last thought before I started issuing orders.

"Take 10 of the 30 officers out back. Anyone prone who has good capture or stall abilities. You with the tape, Sero- I mean Cellophane and you purple, um grape juice and Ingenium go with them." I said getting nods from all three of them

"Now Froppy, Uravity, Um-Bakugou, Todoroki and, Cant stop Twinkling stay here the rest of you take 15 of the remaining officers and spread them around the remaining perimeter" I yelled leaving me in a little side ally along with the five remaining people

"OK Uravity I want you to make yourself float up to that top window there with Froppy acting as a tether for you and report back with what's happening in there. Don't make a lot of noise and stay out of sight as much as you can." I said getting nods from them as they ran off. "Bakugou and Twinkles you two are the only ones with long range fire power. When the time comes I need you to blast through that glass so we can get into the building but not until after I give the order." I said looking at Kachan who seemed to understand everything I was saying

"Now Todoroki, I need you to position yourself by the door and be prepared to to freeze the flooring of that whole room, but just the floor and enough to freeze their feet if they are standing." I said

"I can just freeze the whole building and be done with this," he said standing up and trying to walk away

"No it may injure the people and would take longer than just the floor giving them a moment to retaliate or shoot the hostages" I said grabbing his wrist "beside one of them may have a fire based quirk to melt the ice that's why there will be officers by the window waiting to raid the building after those two break the glass," I said. It took a moment but I got a nod of approval.

"Ok positions everyone," I yelled as Uravity floated back down to use

"Only two hostages viable the other out of sight, and only one assailant visible at the moment," she said. I let out a small growl as the missing hostage and a potential second assailant changed the plan.

"What's next Deku we can't wait all day," Bakugou said

"Just give me a minute," I hissed back at him

"Well in that minute people may die," he said. My mind blanked for a moment as I thought back to what Izumi's uncle said to me

'You can't save everyone'

'Like shit I can't'

'I'll do what ever it takes'

'I won't settle for second best' I thought as I unholstered my gun which Aizawa let me grab on our way over.
