Dohyun Kim was born on the 2nd of February, 1998. He was 16 when he died.
Dohyun lived with his parents and with one older sister. He had been talented in music from a young age, and was soon able to repeat what he had heard. He worked part-time jobs to get money to buy new instruments, and he asked for them from his parents. He first felt a little scared playing in front of people, but when he played River Flows In You in a store, he gained a lot of confidence, and played at the Seoul Paradise Shopping Center when he got the chance. He dreamed of performing on a big stage, in front of millions of people. He had recorded songs he played to his computer, and left it to his room before heading off for the field trip.
His body was recovered and returned to his parents. He now rests at Hwaseong Sky Memorial Park.
