Queen Of Disaster

The First Meeting

"What is your name young man?"Queen Helene asked in concerned tone as she saw him covered with bits of mud.

"Jo-John yo-your majesty."He answered in a stuttered voice.

"Well then John,what do you do for a living?"

"I work in different jobs just to earn for my mother and father,your majesty."

Helene then gets a handkerchief and hands it to John to wipe off the mud off his face.As he was wiping off the mud,Helene stared at him with interest as if she felt different for it was her first time seeing a peasant who was good looking yet it surprised her a little bit.

John on the other hand felt very shy for he never expected to face the queen of Albania and never even knew how beautiful she could be.The only thing that has caught most of his attention was her neck that made him attracted to it for her hair was in a bun style. He lost his glance at it then stared at the Queen then gave a little smile of appreciation with a hint of awkwardness.

"I felt pity that you had to experience such shame from that man. Are you alright now?"Queen Helene asked in a worried yet with a slightly cold voice.

"Yes,your majesty.I am fine.I should. thank you for that kind gesture hehehe."John answered funnily.

Queen Helene then gave John a pouch containing 50 gold pieces and this made him shocked.

"Here take it as a gift from me.Buy anything you need whether it be food,clothes and the necessities.I know you need it,young man."She gave a big smile on her face.The kind of smile that breeds her soul and her kind heart. Her eyes glistened making her cold and fierce look disappear.

"But,your majesty---"

"No buts young man,it is very rude to refuse a gift from a queen.Take it and it will please me to help you."

John blushed a little bit for the queen was too kind and he thought he didn't deserve it.Yet a hint of happiness went through him for he will be able to help his family with the money given.

"Thank you so much your majesty,you are too kind"John gave a smile as he thanked her.

Queen Helene  looked at John then gave him a smile. She went up on her horse then looked at him again and went away. Queen Helene felt so different that she wishes to see him again and John at the same time wished it too for they have believed to have an equal attraction.
